I ordered a creamy chicken and rice soup bread bowl that looked amazing from the pics and description, just what the doctor ordered for this cold. ($10) When I got home and unpacked it, the bread bowl was fine but the soup for it was about half a cup of clear broth, 2 pieces of carrots, no rice, 3 or 4 TINY green things which I assume were herbs, and one piece of chicken about the size of my pinky nail. If I would have eaten there I would have just gone back to the counter, but honestly, the store, which is new, looks like a hospital cafeteria from the 90s, and I already was not feeling well. This will be my last time going to Panera. What happened? You used to be mediocre but reliable. This was just bad.
3 starts for service because I ordered online, walked in to pick it up and it was ready and waiting with no other interactions.

Honest sizes, all fresh and delicious. Tried two different hot sandwiches. They come with little bags of chips. Quick friendly service. Loved everything!

The Panera on Brookline Ave close to Fenway is a great new location. The food is your classic Panera quality and the staff are friendly when assisting you. Nice to have Panera as a new option for lunch when I need to come into the office.

New, spacious and cozy panera! The wifi here is fast around 100Mbps unlike other panera I’ve been to.

One of the best Panera locations I’ve visited! Food is aways warm and delicious. Orders are carefully packed and utensils are always included. The four cheese souffle is my absolute favorite item on their menu, a must try!

This is still a fairly new location, it’s very nice, clean & attractive, large & spacious with wifi and outlets for phone charging. The squash soup with toasted pumpkins was the BEST!!! And the the cafe latte and bacon BLT on tomato bread was perfect, plenty of bacon. Service was fast. It wasn’t very crowded until around 12:30 pm when I left. My only issue is the prices are too high for what you get in size and quantity of food, otherwise a great place for a meal or fancy coffee & a relatively quiet place to sit and relax, highly recommended!

There was a point where it seemed as if Panera was on the road to Bankruptcy and now they are having a revival…this new location has Tick..Tock..writen all over it. After botching a previous order, I decided to offer a 2nd chance:
After 20 minutes of waiting for a human, I finally sought someone from the pick-up window–this location has several kiosks that are apparently supposed to replace the in-person service. Good luck if you have challenges, poor vision or the kiosk is non-functioning. While the gentleman that eventually helped me was nice, some angry rotund blond appeared, ignoring me completely and I am actually grateful! The culmination of this visit yielded the most thin Broccoli cheddar soup I have EVER had at a Panera. This has become the standard to which all other Brocoli cheddar soups are measured and the bland juice disguised as soup I received was enough for me to never give this place another shot. There are too many options a skip away.

Came in on Friday morning around 7am. Apparently they don’t have crussants even though I saw crussant sandwiches on the menu. Overall, lame presentation, there’s road construction and it looked like they were under construction too with how undecorative and plain it was. Basic options and the espresso was bland.
