I made sure to ask the cashier for fresh soup because this has happened at panera many times. From experience I can tell that this soup must have been sitting in the warmer for at least 3 hours, looks and tastes burned. Sad to throw out 3 large soups!

Love the fresh food. The bagel was not overly toasted this time. The wait time is still extreme but they just opened and are busy. Parking is a problem. We had a difficult time getting into handicap parking due to drive thru line blocking the entrance also hard to get out of the parking lot for the same reason. They need to direct drrive thru traffic on a different lane that does not block the main parking lot.

This place treat you like a fast food Mcd service and cheap quality. Paid 15 for tuna sandwich and extra for avocado, sandwich came out messy and didnt get avocado. No quality check. No utensils when requested. Manager doesnt even answer your complaints.

We have visited multiple Panera outlet and this one turned out to be worst experience. Both pizza and pasta were served cold. Both pizza was missing some toppings and stale. While these wasn’t enough, outlet didn’t had pepper, ketchup in stock.

This is my first time coming to eat at Panera Bread and i wasn’t disappointed at all. I didn’t know what to order since I’ve never been there and so i asked the young lady who was at the register what it is customers mostly order and she suggested the flatbread meal with bacon and chipotle. It was delicious, i also ordered a Ceaser Salad and it was nice and fresh. Great job young lady.

You people should be embarrassed to sell lunch , I had a gift card so I stopped in for lunch ( steak & cheese) like the old commercial “ where’s the beef” . If that sandwich cost 5 cents to make I’d be surprised . I know times are tough but dont screw your customers . I’ve driven by many times & said “ I have to try this place “ next time I’ll just keep driving . I’m 69 yrs old & im going to crown Panera in Medford as the worst sandwich I have ever had in my life .If I ever get another gift card to there I’ll throw it in the toilet.
