This Panera bread has some of the nicest employees I have ever met! The girl at the cashier is so sweet and always so happy. She makes you feel good when going to place your order because of how much she smiles! Food is always on point, I always get the you pick too for $15 half broccoli cheddar soup & half turkey cheddar sandwich with a side of bread of course to dip in my soup! Always fresh and very healthy for a “fast food” place in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend and the atmosphere is always great also.

Difficult to find an employee willing to assist when the place is busy (I visited on a weekday late afternoon), place was a bit dirty and unorganized, order rapid pick up and the food remains hidden behind the counter so that you have to wait in line for an employee to hand it to you. Visiting the following morning, the place was clean and organized so I’ve edited my review slightly.

I just now went yo this location and ordered a Chicken asiago sandwich with cream of chicken soup. The girl at the counter took the order as if she is doing charity. I had the soup at the restaurant and brought the sandwich back to my place only to notice that the girl had put in my order for a *steak* sandwich – which I don’t eat. I called the restaurant and I told the lady who picked up, about their mistake. She told me to call back in 5 mins. Since then I’ve called 3 times and they are not picking up. Worst service.

I visited the location in Fall 2024, ordering the Cobb Salad and a macaroon. I used the self service station given the front counter staff appeared engaged in a conversation. My order was turned around quickly and was made to standard. The store is dated and tired, with most people in the dining area doing school work or making video calls. I would not go out of my way to return but wouldn’t exclude it from future visits.

Generally don’t try to bash a restaurant unless they food starts looking less and less and the priced paid for it increases.
Went in Sunday Sept 2nd for dinner take out ordered broc cheddar soup and chicken avocado melt, to say the least there must have been aprx ~2oz of chicken on it. Ridiculously small amount, the avocado was hard tells me was still not ripe, poorly presented and laid out. Awful for such a tasty panera bread sandwich. I normally have good food portions here. This was well below average.

This place was amazing and I will be going back. The food tasted great and it was all affordable and kept me full for a while. The drinks they have were amazing and you can continuously get more refills in the back. I highly recommend coming here for a simple, but also delicious meal.

Almost every single time I order from thos location for pick up, I have to wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes to get my order. Ordering at the counter is faster, which it shouldn’t be if you had a “rapid” pick up. All I want to do is get my food then go back to work and this cuts into my break time. Foods good otherwise

Food was made to order, nothing special. Biggest complaint is the staff doesn’t pay attention when people ask them things. My son was still given the women’s bathroom code, despite him asking for the code to the MENS room, and then I asked, and specified in Spanish, he needed the bathroom for men. The guy behind the counter proceeded to explain to his coworker we were having trouble to get into the bathroom and she then comes around the counter and unlocks the women’s bathroom. Im even more frustrated because I had just brought my daughter who’s recovering in a wheelchair into the woman’s bathroom minutes prior.

Considering this was the only bakery 2 steps away from our hotel, we got curious & gave it a shot: and I guess we were in luck – service was ok both days we had breakfast there. On the first day it really took a while till we got the bagels (we were told they had some trouble in the kitchen), but on the second day we just ordered “to go” and they stepped on it – & the sandwiches were fine – maybe a bit too small (according to my husband).
What I particularly liked: the delicious muffins!
