I am saddened to report my experience here was completely unprofessional and rude. The staff slammed the mango smoothie on the counter when I asked mentioned it was missing from my order. The mango smoothie taste like they didn’t it include the mango and once I asked about it the manager, Daniella told me there is nothing she can do for me . If I don’t like it that’s my problem. She did not offer to remake the smoothie or reimburse me and gave me quite an attitude. I asked to speak with another manager and she told the other girl, Helen that I do not want to talk to her, which was even more unprofessional. They looked at me blankly and said so what that how it’s made. I have never in my entire life received such poor service. I usually come to Panera and the experience is great but this location needs professionalism training ASAP. They are all very rude and unhelpful. The customer is not considered at this establishment. I wont be back.

Considering this was the only bakery 2 steps away from our hotel, we got curious & gave it a shot: and I guess we were in luck – service was ok both days we had breakfast there. On the first day it really took a while till we got the bagels (we were told they had some trouble in the kitchen), but on the second day we just ordered “to go” and they stepped on it – & the sandwiches were fine – maybe a bit too small (according to my husband).

I still believe it’s a bit of expensive for basic sandwiches and other basic food. Although the ambient is very nice and pretty quiet for you to spend the afternoon working with good Wi-Fi and places comfortable to sit dow.

The people who work at the cash register are rude. I waited a long time just for a drink. I couldn’t buy cause the register shut down. Then the woman rolled her eyes when I ask to use the bathroom. They give you a hard time about using the bathroom. This is not communist country, last time I checked.

I will not be returning here after todays experience. I attempted to order a chipotle chicken sandwich with no peppers. The first time, I received a sandwich with peppers and no chicken. I went back to fix it, only to be provided with a half sandwich instead. At this point, it’s no longer worth me driving back for a second time….or ever for that matter
