Typical Panera. No kiosk ordering, service at the counter was odd. The staff person said one maybe two words total during our order, not friendly.
Food was prepared and presented well. We had breakfast.
Iced tea wasn’t good. Tasted old.

We usually enjoy going to this Panera, even though it takes us about 20 minutes to drive there. Today was our third visit, and in the past, we have always enjoyed the food — it’s delicious and usually worth the trip. Unfortunately, this time our experience was disappointing because of the service.
We ordered two Spicy Chicken sandwiches, a bottle of water, and hot tea. After placing our order, we waited near the bakery area. While waiting, we realized we still needed the hot tea and water, so we approached one of the staff members for help. At first, he seemed respectful, but when we asked for the tea, his attitude quickly changed. He laughed as if we were bothering him, which made us uncomfortable.
When we repeated our request, instead of helping us in a professional way, he responded with sarcasm, asking what size cup we wanted in a tone that felt like he was trying to be “smart” about it. We were surprised and disappointed because we expected kindness and respect, especially after making the effort to come to this location.
We want to be clear that we love Panera’s food, and we came today because of our positive past visits. But the way we were treated made us feel ignored and disrespected. We hope management will take this seriously, because great food should always be matched with good customer service.

Manager is rude and unprofessional! Hung up twice on my fiancé after they made a mistake with our order! Did nothing to fix issue just put blame on everyone else! This type of behavior should not be tolerated ! Fix it fast !

I had a curbside order. I ordered the squash soup and 1/2 a bbq chicken sandwich and a cookie biscuit. All were very good. App wasn’t working so I called upon arrival they came right out. I only took one pic as I forgot bc I was hungry. $18

This Panera needs some updating. There’s no kiosk ordering available, and the pickup counter is behind their counter so you have to wait to be acknowledged to get your order which usually takes awhile.

This is the worst Panera bread I’ve been to the service is bad the woman who takes the order doesn’t acknowledge the customer she talks to her friends instead and the seats are a wreck and broken and dirty and they are always trying to rush and clean and close early they always have a annoyed look when customers are dining because they are trying to rush them out

Disappointing to say the least. Customer service is poor at this location. The price is high given the amount of food you will receive. I’ve been here a couple of times and each one of my visits was disappointing.
I don’t suggest their advertised breakfast sandwich. It is similar to a slider, and is about as bland as it gets.

I like this place but I do not love it. The place has a distinctive smell. The Mac n cheese is very good but I didn’t realize how bad it is for you. I recently found out that it contains TRANS FAT! I am not a fan of trans fat as I have found that it is banned in so many countries. I do like this restaurant sandwiches’ but the fact that they have thing loaded with sugars and fats like the mac n cheese and the lemonade is wrong as they can afford to make healthier options available.

Food was Bland, I was more discouraged by the hygiene of the restaurant. all the tables were dirty and there was no work to sit that was clean when asked several associates just kept on walking by none of them brought a rag to clean down table. The bathrooms were disgusting and seem like they have not been cleaned at least a day or two.

Very friendly and lively staff. Breakfast is good and coffee has been fresh in my experience. The MyPanera program pays for itself if you want coffee from Panera more than twice a month.
