Great Food! I eat here at least once a week! This Lincoln location is my local location and the staff here are welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. The dining area is usually clean. A great place to grab a bite entertain a meeting or get some work done while being out of the house.

The bagels here are super delicious – but it often takes at least 10-15 minutes after you place a to-go order to get it toasted and put in a bag. I’ve only ever ordered 1-2 bagels at a time, and they don’t actually put cream cheese on for you, so the delay seems a little excessive? Don’t get me wrong, I’ll definitely still order them, but has to be at a time when I’ve got nothing planned after. 🙂

Don’t bother going to this Panera through the drive through because you’ll be sitting waiting with no response for 5+ minutes. We just wanted a couple of smoothies so it was easier to try the drive through. This is the second time this has happened to us. Last time we waited 10 minutes, even yelled “hello” into the speaker several times with no answer. This time we also yelled “hello” and even beeped the horn with no answer. I had to go inside last time and explain this and I was told “most of us have headsets on and we didn’t hear anything”. Thats the same answer I received this time when I called. There’s no way that’s possible. You either have a faulty system, the workers are extremely lazy, or you’re simply incompetent. This is the last time we even bother trying with this Panera. Go somewhere else that have workers that actually care about their jobs and customers.

Walked and placed an order with a robot like lll lady who never told us that our order pick up would be around the corner. Waited almost 45 minutes until we noticed someone else coming around the corner with food. Went to the counter and asked if our order was ready, and the guy pointed to a bag and roudley stated it had been there for over a half hour… No one ever called out our name! Horrible experience and will never go there again…

Normally love Panera but this place really skimped on our food. I got a little dab of BBQ for my smokehouse sandwich. I get this sandwich regularly at other Panera’s and they are usually dripping with BBQ. My girlfriend’s sandwich didn’t have the bread she ordered. Our kid’s sandwich also only had a dab of mayo and one slice of avocado. Wasn’t worth the money.

Ordered delivery Saturday night and this was the worst sandwich I have ever gotten. Both pieces of bread where two different kinds, not same size. There was nothing on it except the chicken. It was suppose to be the BBC Chicken, there wasn’t any dressing or even the BBC that they had listed. I will not order from them again.
