I WAITED AN HOUR FOR SOME PEPPERONI CHEESY BREAD AND THEY BURNT IT!
I ordered at 8:04pm. When I arrived there was already a lot of people waiting. We all were asking about our orders. The manager Reggie was so rude to customers. He came and told me that my order was next up around 8:45pm. Me and the guy who ordered right before me he said orders was coming out. 10 mins later still nothing! A worker came up and told me my order was burnt! They had about 10 burnt pizzas sitting on the back counter that was burnt. So many people upset. Been waiting so long! They in the back making TikTok’s and singing and burning peoples food. I asked the worker if I could see it or get something else since I had been waiting so long. Manager Regee came up and said he voided my order. I’m like am I getting any food? I’ve been waiting an hour. There was literally boxes of cheesy bread in warmer. He didn’t offer any bread sticks or anything. Then ignored me and started with next person. I’m so upset I’ll never order from there EVER AGAIN! That general manager needs to be fired! How do you burn up everyone’s order and we are there waiting constantly asking for our orders. Offered nothing for my time. My other food I ordered from touch downs was cold since I was waiting on this order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Even the DoorDash orders weren’t done. People were walking out. They need new management.

They stay very busy and work hard to keep up. The workers has a professional and nice attitude. But I can’t tell the difference between the regular pepp from the Extra M Best. Except the price. Same amount of pepperoni. I WAS TOLD TO LOOK UNDER THE CHEESE. Nothing was there.

Ordered multiple boxes and look how they cut my pizza. I’m pissed… due to me celebrating my bday at a disclosed location…. We have no cutting utensils smh…. We’ll not any that I trust to cut my pizza. They sent my notification to come get my pizza 3 times. Get there, one pizza not ready and they mad at me for spending money with them smh. So I guess this how petty the world has come to. Moral of this story, don’t apply for a job you gone hate to do…. Just sad. The first one wasn’t cut at all. None of the pizza

This place is horrible. Typically they are short staffed however yesterday they were not short staffed. 6-7 people working in the back and somehow someway the manager working the register still would leave the front unattended for long periods of times to assist with the back. Attitudes horrible. Appearance insane. And unprofessional. Employees walking around with spaghetti strap dresses hair all over their heads not hair nets not gloves and talking with their phones to their ear propped on their shoulders. One employee came from the back bypassed 8-10 customers in lobby took a drink from cooler and drunk it. Manager up front very rude condescending and slow. Just close the entire place down. Ordered online did was to be ready between 7:12- 7:22
