Never again! Haven’t been in a while due to poor quality, gave them another chance today, but wasted my entire lunch break (and now have no lunch) because when I got back to work and opened up the salad, more than half of the lettuce is BLACK. Gross! And the chicken is still partially frozen and gross. So I had to drive all the way back to get a refund. $17 for a salad of such poor quality, shame on you Panera!

This is not a user friendly or disability friendly Panera. The staff were nice and the food was standard Panera but it’s in a strange office building setup. One gross single restroom you need a code for..Pretty cursed but go if you like odd out of place stuff.

So I get there, and my food was picked up by someone else. The staff immediately looked my order up and prepared it again. They also gave me some free coffee and cookies for the inconvenience. Great service.

I was told they no longer have cashiers so I have to use the kiosk to place an order. That’s fine. There is no one else in the store and I see no other orders pending or actively being worked. Bakery items are fully stocked. And yet it took them 20+ min to toast a bagel for me yet they could have the order ready for 2 people who ordered after me. Souffle, was cold. All the coffees needed to be refilled. In the time I waited, I could have walked around the counter to grab my bagel and souffle myself. This isn’t to say I don’t like Panera. I’ve never had this issue at any other Panera location. But this is the 2nd time I’ve dealt with subpar service at this one.
