The beautiful decor & hospitality transport you back to Naples where ingredients are fresh and quality is held at the highest of standards. We will be back every time we visit AMI. This is the best Italian I’ve ever had in my long life! The owner who is also the chef has been kissed by the hand of god with his culinary talents. Not only is he extremely welcoming he seems to be a one man show making everything fresh daily on the spot. The perfectly cooked gnocchi and pasta with their incredible sauces were out of this world. Whatever you order will be the best of its kind. And the deserts knock it out of the park. His culinary wizardry is truly amazing. You eat in a charming market breezeway with upscale souvenirs in the background & when you look up you see the stars. Perfect! Bringing kids would be easy because the setting is the opposite of stuffy. I can’t wait to come back and see what amazing meal he whips up for us. I kid you not when I say this man is a gifted. And when we were walking there I asked a Fudge Factory employee if I was headed the right way and he said, “They have the best food, you’re going to love it, I get their amazing sandwiches for lunch and the owner/chef is the nicest guy.” My favorite restaurant!

The service was above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced before, they even provided blankets for us, as it was a colder night when we went. I don’t usually write long reviews, but Pane e Amore deserves every bit of praise. This was, without exaggeration, the best service I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. From the moment we walked into the cozy dining area, the staff treated us like family. They were incredibly friendly and personable, making the whole evening feel special.
The food is as authentic as it gets. We started with the bread and appetizers, which were fresh and delicious, but the main courses were the stars. The lasagna was perfect, and the daily special rigatoni was absolutely amazing. You can tell everything is made with care. If you are on Anna Maria Island, do yourself a favor and visit. This place is a masterclass in Italian hospitality! The owner, his wife and the other lady. I wish I could remember their names but they are above and beyond amazing.

The food is as good as it looks. We got 3 different sandwiches and they were all delicious and made with quality ingredients. Of course they used their homemade bread for them as well, which was wonderful. The owner provided top notch service and made us feel welcomed, and even explained the menu to us. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for real Italian sandwiches or food in general. Great family run establishment!

I can go on and on and won’t make justice to the experience we had here. We will come back MANY times, that’s a promise! Wow, wow, wow!!! This place has blown my husband and I away. From the hospitality, to the food, to the ambiance we can’t say enough. It gives small, local restaurant that was built with the idea of love for what they are serving and quality in mind.
The owner was so kind and so welcoming! You instantly feel like you’ve known him for years. The hospitality alone makes you want to come back over and over again.
Nothing we ate was less than 5/5 stars and I truly feel like you couldn’t pick an incorrect item from the menu. We had the meatballs and bruschetta as an appetizer, lasagna (one of the best ever!), vodka sauce rigatoni, and cannolis and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delectable! It’s the kind of quality of food that can evoke emotion!
Please do not pass this place just because it’s small or if it’s busy. I highly recommend waiting if need be. You will not be disappointed! It is worth every minute of your time and penny you will spend.

What an incredible experience! This cozy little Italian restaurant feels like a hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, the owner made us feel like family—genuinely welcoming and offering truly personalized service. And the food? Absolutely amazing. The sauce on my pasta instantly brought back memories of my nonno’s cooking—it was that authentic. Every bite was packed with flavor and love. It’s rare to find a place that gets it all right, but this one does. 5 stars all the way—highly recommend it!
