We stopped by for dessert and it was definitely worth it. It’s a nice spot near the beach with a very chill atmosphere and not overly crowded. They offer a great variety of sweets, including ice cream and pastries, along with coffee. They also have sandwiches if you’re not in the mood for something sweet.

The fruit tarts were really good, and the rum sponge cake was delicious with coffee. I would definitely stop by again whenever I’m in the area.

The location has a dining room as well as sidewalk tables.
When I entered there were 4 employees behind the counter. I still had to wait since none stopped what she was doing to serve me, nor did any acknowledge me although they clearly saw me waiting.
The service was hurried and “correct”
Each of the small biscotis cost $4.25 (see photo).
The fruits pastry seemed operated with dark brown dough underneath.
The 2 custard donuts were below average and the custard was a tiny very cold cylinder of artificial tasting, hard filling tgat did not taste like custard.
My guess is that for ease and speed they are pushing in a frozen filling instead of “injecting” fresh custard as you would expect from a quality bakery.
At $30 for there items, the price offered a very poor value and the product was not worth the calories…

Ordered the Italian panini. It was freshly made and very good! $20 and we shared it for 2 people. The tiramisu was also perfect and the fruit tart was good too!

“Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten”

Walk in here and the smell coming from the back makes prices irrelevant. The cannolis are great, tiramisu is light and the paninis are pricey but worth it.

Cappuccino is excellent. Wide variety of pastry selection. I tried a pastry with ricotta cheese in it. I taste a hint orange. It is good but not great.

While visiting family in Fort Lauderdale, we decided to pick up fresh italian bread and biscotti cookies to accompany our dinner and dessert. Pane e Dolce, being close by, seemed like a good choice. All of the items in the shop are displayed behind the counter without prices – breads, cookies, pastries and paninis. We ordered one loaf of ciabbata bread and one pound of almond biscotti. We were SHOCKED to see that the cookies were $47.84! We immediately said “NO THANK YOU!” but purchased the loaf of bread which cost around $9.50. To be honest, the bread was really good and worth the price but how can anyone justify $48 for a pound of biscotti?? Absolutely outrageous! I then came to find out that my brother-in-law stopped there a few months ago and asked for a quart of gelatto – again, returned to the server because it cost $37!!! RIDICULOUS! Be careful when you go there – ask what the items cost first!
