Not sure what all these negative reviews are about, this is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had. So fresh, actual fried rice, large portions, very friendly employees. The only negative is that it would be nice to have an upgrade of atmosphere but who cares! It’s great.

This place has been around for a long time. It would be nice to see some upgrades, saying as how much business they get. Assuming on how much business they get. And that night time is a busy time for them. The food must be good. I have only did a pickup here have not eaten but from what the community tells me from the amount of times that I get orders from here. It’s definitely worth a try. There might be a wait just based on afternoon. Orders coming in but Is a high demand restaurant? So that’s a plus they do have plenty of seating and also a waiting room which i’ve taken photos of to share with you all Hopefully, this special review helps you make a decision The owner of the restaurant. If you’re reading this or when you get this email updates to your restaurant with highly be recommended for visual appeal is what drive in newer customers. This is not a put down on this place. I don’t understand how this place passes inspections. The place smells horrible when you walk in. They still have plastic hanging from Covid days. Everyone raves about the food, but yet this restaurant hasn’t won 1 Tolland County award in decades, yet they proudly display what the past owners won!! This restaurant is dirty, smells like wet socks, and the last encounter I had with the female there made me decide not to ever order from Panda Palace again!!

The place was cold.. not clean at all water glasses were filmy and stained the soup was very salty. The shrimp was smelly like it’s too old.. I wouldn’t recommend.

HOW are they still in business? Dried up chicken and dirty floors. Dumplings were gummy. General Taos was dry and barely edible with zero flavor. Egg roll was very oily. Service was great. They need a new chef and new frying oil.

The food brought me back to childhood. Absolutely amazing. Shrimp was perfectly done and the teriyaki chicken was fresh and tender. Service was spot on, we never had less then half a glass of our drinks. Definitely found our new favorite Chinese restaurant.

We ordered for delivery. They said it would be an hour. 2 hours went by and still no food. We called them to see where our food is and we got excuses, no apology, no discount, and very poor customer service! Actually rude! The last time I ordered there, it taste like day old food that was reheated. Egg roll soggy, dry stringy chicken. Thought I would give them another chance. Never again!
