Disappointing Experience (Again)
I really wanted to like Panda One. I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances over the past year, but unfortunately 3 out of my last 4 visits have been disappointing.
When we came in around 12:15, the buffet was almost empty not just low, but barely anything left right in the middle of the lunch hour. What was there didn’t look fresh, and nothing was being refilled while we were there.
What really bothered me most was the service. The owner never welcomed us, never smiled, and didn’t acknowledge us even as we paid. No thank you, no hospitality, nothing. It’s uncomfortable walking into a place where you feel like an inconvenience instead of a guest.
Eldora is a small town and I always try to support local businesses, but it’s hard to keep coming back when the experience is consistently disappointing. I’m hoping things turn around, because it could be a great spot but as of now, it just isn’t.

This Chinese food is honestly the best I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to find better Chinese food and I simply can’t. Their Mongolian beef is a favorite of ours. Also, I could eat 15 of their egg rolls. Very tasty. Nice people as well and reasonable prices.

Went for lunch while working in the area. The buffet was good size for a small town with a decent variety of dishes to choose from. I tried a little of everything and it was all very good especially the black pepper chicken. The price was right as well! At only 8.75 for adults it was very reasonable. Service was prompt and friendly. If you’re ever hungry passing through Eldora I would strongly recommend panda one.

The worst I’ve ever had, my tea tasted like the tubes in the machine never are cleaned, was moldy flavor. on top of that, over priced and not worth any time or money. I’ve had better frozen bags of anything compared to this. save your money and order from Amazon you’d have better luck with anything better than this. Atleast it would be fresh.

I had the Mongolian beef, egg rolls, and egg drop soup. Nothing was bad, but nothing was really good either. The rice was dry. The egg rolls lacked filling. More wrapper than filling. The egg drop was was bland. It lacked imagination.
I have never had Mongolian beef with sliced carrots before. I don’t think they work for the dish at all.
Service was lacking. The server kept taking calls, and ignored me, a real live customer. And service with a smile would go a long way.
