I am really upset. My order arrived with pork fried rice in it. I ordered a large shrimp and broccoli ONLY. I called the store to inform them of the mistake they made and the woman who answered the phone literally told me she would fix my order the next time I order from them. I drove down there with the order and told them to change it to the correct order I placed. She had me wait to remove the shrimp and broccoli that was in the same exact order with the pork that I told her l don’t eat and then proceeded to tell me she’s sorry she will make me a new one after transferring the shrimp and broccoli from the pork fried rice order into a different container. Sat it by the stove so it would remain warm and handed it to me. I watched her remove the same shrimp and broccoli into a larger tray and the told me she had to charge me $4.00 for a larger order AND OFFERED ME A PEPSI. Nice lady thank you but I don’t want a fresh drink with cold food that sat in pork on the way to being delivered to my house an hour ago.
I paid her an additional $4.00 and left. I will never order from this place again. Unfortunately my time, gas, up-charge for the food and tip I left for the driver will be disputed. Please advise that this is bad business. No one should be treated unfairly and charged again for an item they already paid for. No one should most certainly ever witness food being transferred from one container to the next and charged more for it either. Shame on you Panda kitchen for your poor service, decision, and quality in food.

Order food off Uber eats , food was still hot when we got it , but that’s as far as it goes , food was so greasy like the fries were literally translucent they were soaked in so much oil, even the fried rice , all you could taste was grease. We asked for them to add an egg to the fried rice and they didn’t .
No tartar sauce for the scallops . Couldn’t even get through any of the meals . Extremely disappointing. The first and last time we will ever order food here .

I ordered through uber. Pork fried rice is hard and has no flavor. Add some msg .. smh.
The half friend chicken was not cut up it was literally half a chicken. It’s not bad but it’s dry.
Fried dumpling is bad. Flavor is bad.

This is my opinion and hope people would try it.. to make their own opinion but… I order here for the first time. I got the garlic chicken, there was something vinegar-y about some piece, that made me think it was old, the rice was hard. I also had an egg roll which wasn’t very good and overly greasy. I asked as I was leaving for duck sauce which the cashier replied “it’s in the bag”.. it wasn’t. I probably wouldn’t come here again.

How disgusting. General tso chicken is supposed to be crispy and sauce one each piece. They have old chicken and dry pork fried rice with no pork in it. What does it taste like? It tastes how it would if you put it in the fridge and reheated it on the 2nd day. Smh not ok. Dumplings were fine and eggroll is fine. I’m disappointed because this is the 2nd item that I’ve gotten that was horrible, this and bourbon chicken smh.

In my 10+ years of ordering Chinese food, I have never had food this bad of quality. I ordered the fried shrimp with white rice and the shrimp is the size of a fingernail while the breading on it is as big as the entire palm of my hand. They are cutting shrimp in half to use on different orders just to cut down on portion sizes. My chicken cho mei fan was pure white with ZERO seasoning, not even salt. After pouring three soy sauce packets on it, it still tasted like water. My sweet and sour chicken was incredibly soggy and mushy on the inside, full of grease and not crispy at all. My chicken broccoli was hard as a rock and the chicken was in huge pieces which made it hard to eat. I tried to save on gas and just get a delivery but it was the worst decision ever. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS and go to the Fu Lay Chinese restaurant across the street for good food at an even cheaper price.

I used Uber to deliver my food. By the time I received it my lunch was over, food was cold, and horrible. The general tsos was soggy, rice was hard, and my boneless ribs where so hard I couldn’t even chew it. I dropped it on the floor, and it sound like a rock hit the floor, my dogs had a hard time chewing it.
