The place had food on the ground and not one person in the kitchen wearing a hair net.. it wouldn’t bother me so much if I didn’t have hair in my food or the fact they completely ignored me when I came in to pick up my order. The manager was no help and wouldn’t remake it or even tell her staff to put their hair up and in a hair net.

We asked and we were told they no longer have salads. Instead, I ordered a Whopper without the bun and in turned out great! I very much enjoyed it. My daughter got some sort of board game in her kids meal that she seemed to enjoy putting together with dad. Overall good visit

I haven’t been here for a long time. So I thought I would give them another chance. Went out last time and asked for couple of sauces and I was told that only one is allowed with combo purchase. So I thought that was kind of dumb. Price of combo went up at least double and you get less stuff (like sauces only one) but today I could not believe I was told if I want sauce I have to buy. Not even one anymore.

Girl with blue hair had the worst attitude I’ve ever come across from customer service, had to basically force her to take my order at the drive through because she wouldn’t talk at all. If your the manager reading this you need to fire her this is like the 3rd time I’ve came here and this girl has been rude.

Extremely slow service! I know places are hurting for help. But this is the worst Burger King! They turned us away one time at 10:30am because they were already behind on lunch. Another time they were training during lunch time and it took 30 minutes to get food. Then today it took forever with only 2 cars in the drive through and this is what they found acceptable for French toast sticks. What a joke!

This place never fails to disappoint! 95% of the time the food is just horrendous! You can tell it’s been made hours earlier and has been sitting under the warmer or possibly in someone’s back pocket. I think they forgot to actually cook the biscuits this last time.

SLOWEST service I have ever experienced. 3 cars in front in the drive through and waited for over 20 minutes to even get to the window. The also took the order for the car that was in the other lane 5 minutes after I had already been sitting there.
