Just moved to the area and was looking for a new Chinese place, and I had a terrible experience with Panda House. Ordered a large hot and spicy chicken which was $15. Food was ok, not great but the portion of chicken was horrendous. Had to legitimately dig through the vegetables to find the chicken. The menu said it comes with white rice, and I assumed it would come with a few pieces of broccoli. Was not expecting my chicken to be drowning in peppers and onions. Attached a photo to show what I received. Not worth $15 and never ordering from here again. Would not recommend!

I am pretty sure that they gave me food poisoning. I ordered the Sesame Chicken luncheon item, which I got with the egg fired rice and a Brisk iced tea from the fridge. I had this around 12pm, then on the way home from work, around 5pm, I started to feel nauseous. I thought the sensation would go away, and that maybe I was just overheated with my jacket and the heat in the car. But lo-and-behold, after trying to cool down with a shower and eating some salad for dinner(bad choice when nauseous, I know retrosepctively), I ended up throwing up around 8pm. I know it wasn’t from my breakfast, and it certainly wasn’t dinner considering my symptoms started before I ate dinner. The reason I know even further that it was the food I ate here was because one of the pieces of chicken had an off texture(which I dismisses as being just a different part of the chicken, like breast versus thigh), and another one had an off taste(which I dismissed as just my mind playing tricks on me). I know this could be a 1/10000000 cases for people who eat here, but this is the third time I’ve gotten food from here and each time it was subpar.

I always order boba tea from here. It’s very clean in the restaurant with a cute section of earrings, keychains and knickknacks for purchase. The owners are very nice.

I’ve been eating at this place for a while. It’s pretty good standard Chinese food oh and the sushi is always good. The reason I’m writing this review is because of their delivery driver. An older gentleman came to my door with a smile very friendly. After he handed me the bag he extended his hand for a hand shake and said happy new year. You don’t see that type of kindness/friendliness every day. Give panda house a try good people work there
