Panda Garden Restaurant in Paragould, AR, consistently serves up hot and fresh Chinese food, making it a favorite for my family. We believe it’s the best Chinese food around, hands down. While the building might not look impressive from the outside, don’t let that fool you—the taste of the food is outstanding.
We always opt for pickup or delivery, as dining in isn’t ideal. The restaurant doesn’t have the ambiance for a family or even a couple to sit down and enjoy a meal. Additionally, the staff may not be the friendliest or most conversational, unlike many American restaurants, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for delicious Chinese food, Panda Garden is the place to go.

This place is filthy. They left an empty container of hand sanitizer on the counter and when I ask about it, the lady replied “it’s empty, go to the bathroom”. She left the empty container and by the way, the bathroom was filthy too. There are spider webs by the counter and they have a kid playing with a computer on one of the tables with the volume extremely loud.

In my opinion, this is the best Chinese food in Paragould. I have not tried one thing I don’t like. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. Even with delivery, the food is still piping hot when it gets here.

The lady that works in there is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met before. It’s not just one time thing either it’s every single time I get food from here. The food is almost always fresh & amazing but that lady shouldn’t be able to work with the public she’s an awful person. The best work they have in there is Kevin. Remember we are the people that pays your bills & keep your doors open check your attitude before speaking to people like that cause sooner or later no one is gonna care to deal with someone so disrespectful when we can go right down the road for the same food. Do better.

We get Panda Express a lot. However, after tonight our business has been lost. My man got off work and was calling to order some hibachi for us. He told the lady on the phone what we wanted and she told us the total and asked cash or card. He then proceeded to verify the order to which she said hold on while he was talking and placed him on hold in the middle of the order. He waited 4-5 minutes she then answers and says cash or card. He then told her he wasn’t finished and she placed him on hold yet again. She comes back a third time and says what do you want. And he said “I’m waiting on you.” Her reply was “Do your order, call McDonalds you are crazy” and hangs up. Very unprofessional.
