I always refer to reviews when I try a new place. We just moved to Dallas, GA, and I am so thankful that I didn’t shun Panda Garden due to lower than a 4 star rating because it’s truly delicious! We’ve been ordering takeout from here for the past 4 months and have never had the issues others have reported. Just try it!! I’m certain you will not be disappointed!!

It seems my quest for good local Chinese must still continue. I got the general tso’s chicken combo while my boyfriend got chicken fried rice.
He dug in before I could get a photo but he said the chicken was super dry and proceeded to douse it with soy sauce. The bright yellow looked deadened by the soy sauce, so I opted not to take a picture. He is a trooper though and kept eating, though commented once a fourth was gone that there was no more chicken pieces in it. They literally just put them on top.
My general tso’s I am on the fence about it. I WANT to like it. The sauce was good. The pork fried rice was good. The chicken was overcooked, though.
Which brings me to the most disappointing item.. the egg roll. One side leads me to believe it was sitting in old oil as it was drenched, and when I bit in to it that’s all I could taste. I swallowed one bite, tried some duck sauce with it (I’m weird, ok?) but all I could taste was the oil. I spit it out and tossed the rest.
I won’t be back. My boyfriend (who picked up the food) even commented the place was dead inside, with one worker just poking at her phone sitting at a table while the cashier was doom scrolling at the front. Hopefully they can turn it around.

Not good flavor. Everything we ordered was not good at all, flavor wise. Also all the food had a strange red color/sauce but no flavor. Pictured is cashew chicken and broccoli beef.

Our go to for Chinese take out. I pass 2 other Chinese restaurants to get to Panda Garden, even if I’m in a hurry. Their food quality is on par with House of Lu. Our food is usually ready in 10 minutes. Located in the Kroger shopping center next to Little Ceasars. I always ask for no onion in my orders, and they are very accommodating. Combos come with pork fried rice and an egg roll. Their Wonton soup is exellent!

This was my first (and might I add last) time eating at this place. My usual Chinese takeout place was closed due to the holiday season. The fried shrimp I ordered from here, were thoroughly burnt. The shrimp fried rice that I added vegetables to was okay until I noticed the broccoli in it was going bad. The shrimp egg rolls were mushy. Just a horrible experience all around. I had to throw the food away.

The food is not as good as it used to be here. They’re no longer preparing freshly fried shrimp/instead using the store bought frozen kind and charging a lot of money for an inferior product. Some of their other menu items have become bland and not much flavor- they have to do better!

They are crooks. My order was for $11.58 including tip. Just check my bank statement and they charged me $16.58. I would avoid them or pay cash. Food was ok, nothing special.
