In Colorado, and off Colfax there are so many options for Mexican food. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. This place is beyond the best. My parents have owned multipke restaurants and I LOVE Mexican food. This place is AMAZING. Raul- is fantastic- and the food is delicious.
The beans, the coleslaw- I don’t even like coleslaw but this one- is delightful. The chili peppers. It’s CLEAN. Its a hidden gem- please try it and also share. Bc small businesses depend on reviews- and I don’t write them unless I’m beyond impressed. Please try it and if you love it also leave a review. This place was delicious and the staff was so kind! The street tacos are pretty good size and they have a topping bar where you can dress your own tacos, highly recommend! Just make sure you park in their parking lot in the back and not at the McDonald’s or Popeyes because those restaurants will have you towed.

Delicious and good size for what you pay. The owner is a very nice man and is always so sweet when I come in. The best part about this spot is how CLEAN it is.
Order at the counter, have a small wait get your own salsa(so yummy btw) and be satisfied! Chili usually has good spice also.

I wanted a quesabirria torta, which isn’t something on their menu but I was randomly craving it. It’s basically everything that comes on a quesabirria but inside of a torta. They made it for me just the way I wanted it and it was so amazing! One of the best tortas I’ve ever had in my life!

and I’ve been to PLENTY of places and asked for the same quesabirria tacos and no where tops this place!!!! Aquí me llenan la pansa they are STUFFED with Meat the consomé is to DIE for I literally drink it aquí no son codos con la carne ! Te dan un chingoooo. Love love love the FAT QUESABIRRIA TACOS from here !!! And the horchata no manchen I will forever always come here for my birria tacos and YOU should too!

It looks sketchy but trust me THIS IS AMAZING! Even the chile toreado has flavor and it’s not just a burnt chile. The quesabirrias are to die for! Would definitely recommend 11/10

Absolutely the BEST tacos and nachos I’ve ever had in Colorado. We ordered the quesabirria and chorizo nachos. Loads of meat, flavor, and perfect spice. The presentation of the food showed real pride. Raul takes his food quality very serious!!
