Went there on their Grand Opening Day and the day after. Nicest ppl and managers there. We ordered 5-6 dishes including orange chicken, which was delicious with tender chicken pieces inside, also Kung Pao Chicken, which had the right spicy kick. They were giving away souvenirs and Panda hugs to all kids around. This is hands down one of the best food places in Fairbanks after trying many different cuisines while we were in the city. The line was a bit long on the days due to opening but it moved fairly quick and orderly. Drink cups were provided for those who waited in the line.

We received coupons in the mail, so we thought why not give them a try. We ordered multiple dishes just to try them (bowls) and their chowmein was super dry and the fried rice was bland, but the rest of their food were all decent. Their Crab Rangoons, were just not it for us, there was barely any cream cheese, it was bland, and there was nothing in it. After trying all of the dishes we found a hair on teriyaki chicken, a short black hair (we all don’t have short hair). But their place was clean and we were pleasantly surprised on how fast they were even though they were busy. Their parking lot was also quite small considering the amount of customers they had, and it was hard to find parking.

Inexpensive and fast and actually delicious, what a pleasant surprise. I am a bit shocked to find such an efficient model of food distribution with truly friendly staff. I have been in three times and each time, the servers were helpful and competent. We get our food almost as fast as we.point it out. We then sit down to eat at clean tables in an upbeat atmosphere. The workers ring bells and thank the customers. I find Panda Express to be a fun and satisfying place to buy a quick dinner with my family.

Love this place. I went on opening day as did most of Fairbanks. It was a long wait but, that’s to be expected on opening day. The wait isn’t too long now that they have been established for a while. The staff is always so nice and my food is always hot and delicious! Another perk- my order is always correct too. You won’t find that at very many fast food restaurants. Oh, and on opening a day- Panda the mascot walked around with the manager/owner and greeted everyone. I wish I had gotten a picture because I love pandas.

This was my first visit to PE. I went through the drive thru. There were at least 6 vehicles ahead of me, however I didn’t mind the wait. I ordered the plate size with grilled teriyaki chicken, fried rice and orange chicken. I also ordered two vegetable egg rolls. The food was okay and the person in the drive thru was very polite. It was a lot of food and what I ordered really would serve 2 people. I would probably go back and order a smaller plate and try something else. Overall it was a good experience.

Nice, friendly staff, consistently good food, and fair prices. If you aren’t aware of Panda, it’s basically fast food cheap Chinese, but they’re pretty good so far at keeping everything fresh and not over-cooking so the quality is honestly better than half the cheaper joints you can find around town. Nothing special but different and tasty for a fast food place
