This local wine store & deli is an absolute gem. Davíd, assisted me with my 1st charcuterie party. He was very knowledgeable about meat and cheese pairings. I was able to sample everything and really learn about the distinctions of each item.
The party was a great success as my guests thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and creating their own Raclette grilled dish. I highly recommend them. Next visit, I will add wine to my purchase.

I have been hunting for a specific Rioja for a while that I simply enjoyed while overseas and have had a hard time finding… yet I came to this gem in the
middle of Arlington and found a Rioja Crianza 2017 similar to what I’ve been seeking for and many other wines from all over the world. Of course I had help for a very nice gentleman who pointed me in the right direction. And not only do they have wines but their assortment of meats and cheeses and accompaniments for a robust charcuterie tray while you enjoy your wine is parallel to none! What a great store.

Cheese experts! Wonderful staff. Great baguettes, olives, and specially items including small-batch ice creams and fresh pasta. Huge selection of cheeses from around the world; if you don’t like the typical grocery/deli “Swiss cheese” because it’s weirdly bitter and plasticky, go to Arrowine to taste cheeses that are actually crafted in Switzerland. That fabulous cheese selection along with the customer service — which is top-notch — is the reason Arrowine gets five stars in spite of its abysmally tiny Australian wine section. (Seriously, with typically less than a quarter of a shelf of Australian wines, Arrowine could definitely stand to up its Aussie-wine game.)

This is an amazing place for charcuterie, fromage, and vino. Legendary selection of everything, exceptionally knowledgeable staff, and a very relaxed atmosphere with no one really pushing you to buy anything. Trust their staff, let them know what you are feeling, and let them guide you to some of your best decisions. Absolutely worthy of 5 stars and certainly worthy of a special trip just to go there.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Their complimentary tastings every Friday night and Saturday afternoon (of at least 5 wines each time) have greatly increased my knowledge and appreciation for wine…and anything being poured during tastings is 10% off! We bought our wedding wines here, about 10 cases, and they gave us a generous bulk discount. Also, their cheese team did our wedding “cake” – see the picture – and we couldn’t have been happier. Any cheese that exists they can find and order for you (if in season)…any wine from any region they can find and order for you (even if they already stock something better, which you should try instead!). Honestly there is no reason to buy wine or cheese from anywhere else in DC or Northern VA, unless you’re buying a case of Robert Mondavi Bourbon Barrel Cabernet for a sorority party….in which case, go to Costco.
