The place is usually satisfactory but last time I picked up an entree (2 honey walnut shrimp + rice/noodles). I got the rice/noodles but no shrimp which I got to know only when I got back home. I called multiple times the same and the next day but nobody picked up.

Pretty good food! Service was slow inside with orders and checkout. For some reason I thought Panda Express gave out a fortune cookie per order? Not anymore? Well there are bags of them you can purchase instead….. also, I thought the cream cheese Rangoon things came with a warm sweat and sour dipping sauce? We got these packets we had to spill over the top of them…..not fun, and not convenient for dine-in….
Facility was clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. There’s an outside seating area too.

Don’t go here unless you have at least 30 mins to wait for your food, I’ve had a 30+ minute wait my last 3 times going and there was no one in the drive thru this time. They asked me to wait 5 minutes for some Kung pao chicken and then brought me out the wrong thing after I sat waiting for 20 mins. But dont worry they will give you the rest of your food while you waiting so it can get cold.

The girl working the drive thru tonight deserves a raise! She was so sweet and smiley. She has some amazing customer service skills that you don’t get to experience very often anymore 🙂 Keep on shining, girl! It makes a difference.

Went through the drive up window and ordered the plate with honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. They gave me 1/2 scoop of each! Totally unacceptable! Ordered 1 medium coke and 1 diet coke. Neither cup was labeled what it contained. Also no plastic fork or spoon. Totally ruined my lunch!

Just taking a moment to share a disappointing experience. Today, I encountered the worst customer service. I asked the front desk attendant, Megan, if they could please swap my boys’ noodles because they had too many onions, but unfortunately, they said it wasn’t possible and offered something else instead. It’s frustrating to have paid over $47 for food and not be able to get a simple request fulfilled. To add to the disappointment, they didn’t provide a receipt, even though I waited for the items that weren’t ready.
I won’t be returning to that facility, and I hope you and your family don’t have to experience something like this.

I wanted Bejing Beef with friend rice, instead I was given noodles along with having to wait almost 15 minutes for just two spring rolls. The lady in the drive through was pretty nice and reasonable though.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went through the drive thru waited a couple extra minutes for honey walnut shrimp only to get home and see they didn’t even add it to my plate but did charge me. I should’ve know better after they didn’t add hot sauce to my bag even when I asked for some In advance & had to go in to ask for it and they still had the audacity to give me attitude.
