When they actually make the food fresh, its really good. But 99% of the time when I go I end up getting really old fries that are hard as rocks. They could definitely put more of the sauces on the sandwiches. They also have the longest waits. Sometimes it takes about 20 min for them to get the food out, and its not fresh at all.

The people in this Arby’s are absolutely disgusting. This review does not even deserve the one star. It’s unfortunate there’s not a lesser option to choose from. I very highly encourage to the owner to get ahold of me to discuss the situation I just went through. I encourage everyone else to stay away from this disgusting Arby’s. If I was the owner I would fire every single employee there. I am in awe of the lack of respect in this Arby’s.

Pulled up to the drive-through at 5:30 PM. No one was in front of me from what I could tell. It was not busy. Was told I’ll be with you in one minute. OK that’s fine. 535 rolls around no one comes back On to take my order so I finally said OK well, I’m leaving never going to this location again

The food was disgusting. It is a shame that you spend money just to be given trash. My roast beef was raw and the fries were cold and gross. Only got one star because 0 stars were not an option. Tried to call the store and they would not answer. Don’t waist your time or money.

Nothing good about this Arby’s. I’m surprised anyone even eats it. My husband tried to surprise me on the way home from work and he spent more time waiting for food than it took to get home from Salt Lake City. Not mention how they had the audacity to put this nasty crusty piece of meat on the sandwich blows my mind. The health department definitely is getting a call. Unless they just have incompetent employees they used to be good. Back in 2000.

Horrible food I would rather eat a bucket of dog poop then eat that again the French dip had celery like WHAT. horrible service they acted like zombies lmao my kids hated it the only thing that was good was the drinks sad food was cold and the place was so dirty the mozzarella sticks the cheese wasn’t even melted felt like I just bit into a string cheese my kids stomach hurts and they were perfectly fine before we went I am so disappointed SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT EAT HERE!

Stopped on 12/9/25 @ 1330. Me and another person stood at the counter for 10 minutes not one person even acknowledged we were there. It appears there only concern was the drive through. Can not comment on food didn’t order anything left before I did. However there customer service at the counter is not acceptable.

One of the worst flipping arbys you’ll ever go to! you wait too long the service sucks and they cheat you on the portion size on anything you order there has always been some kind of grab ass games going on because they hire irresponsible kids to run the place it’s surprising to me that they haven’t pissed off a truck driver bad enough that someone hasn’t put their 18 wheeler through the restaurant!

Most of our food was good, however our fries were all terrible. Crispy and more burnt flavor than fry flavor. It was as if they took all the little scraps from an overcooked batch of fries, then let them sit under a heat lamp for a day. My wife and I ate about a third of the least bad ones and threw away the rest. The photo just doesn’t do it justice…
