When I went to order from the drive through, the team member was very pushy about getting our order quickly, although, they did not have many customers in the store or drive-through, but they did seem to be working on mobile orders. He did let me know that the store was out of bejing beef, so I made a different selection. When I got to the window and paid, the team member at the window asked me to pull to the front and he would bring it out to me shortly. That is all he said. My dad went inside to order the same time I went through the drive through. I paid at 7:04 pm. 4 cars went through the drive through and left, and two more customers and my dad went inside and left before I decided to go inside to check on my order at 7:16 pm. When I went in I was greeted, but stood by the register for a few minutes before someone asked how they could help. During this time I saw what turned out to be my order get started and finished. The drivethrough team member told the gentlemen in the black polo, I’m assuming a team lead or manager, that my order was waiting on mushroom chicken, and after another little bit identified the order he completed after I walked inside as mine. When i got my food it was 7:21 pm. The biggest problem, aside from the wait, is that when I told my dad why I had to wait he informed me that the bowl with mushroom chicken was full the whole time he was in the lobby.
My dad’s experience wasn’t much better. He went in and ordered. His problem came when he ordered rangoons at the resister. He asked for 9 rangoons, and saw that they were there in the food case. The cashier rang him up for 3, and when he corrected her she rang him up for 6, so he gave up on 9 rangoons and accepted he was only getting 6. During this time the drivethrough guy came and took all but 2 of the rangoons, so my dad ended up having to wait for a new bach, because he already paid for the 6 rangoons.

My boyfriend tried to use his new gift cards and the gal said there wasn’t anything on them. Funny I just checked the balance and they both have 25 each. Why did she scratch off the pin absolutely unnecessary and very shady. If the funds are used I guarantee the police will be contacted for theft

Tell me how the newest Panda Express in town quickly becomes the worst one in town. When I ordered I had to repeat my order 3 times and once again at the window. They forgot my drink and when I opened my box it was mostly rice. Seems to me management is on a permanent break.

Just ordered lunch at 11:25 and I’m sure I just got last night’s leftovers. Orange chicken was dry and sticky, all the vegetables were browning, and everything had a weird minty aftertaste. I always order from the other panda expresses, guess I’ll stick to that.

I have always gotten well prepared food, but when I’m asked if I want a bag, I’m charged for it, then don’t receive it, it’s pretty pointless. Same with sauces, now I have to explicitly ask for a sauce packet but before it was rice=soy sauce or egg rolls=sweet and sour. Didn’t even get those. I’m going to start carrying my own condiments in my car at this rate.

I chose noodles as opposed to old mushy rice. The noodles had 50% onions. If I wanted onions I would have ordered onions.

Ignores customers ordering inside for drive through and Uber/Dash delivery service. Staff unfriendly with the exception on the supervisor (forgot his name) Do better have more people working the front to assist customers inside.

Give 5 stars not because it’s a 5 star Michelin restaurant but for what they do it’s good, consistent and for $13 out the door 2 people can have nice fast food meal that’s different than most fast served food experiences.

TERRIBLE. Ordered via Uber Eats and 4 drivers cancelled upon arrival for some unknown reason & when Uber eats attempted to call them to find out what’s going on there, they refused the call because it’s a recorded line! Absolute trash. Never going here again.

This place needs new management. Some of the employees are hard workers but almost every time I come here here, they can never find my order and it’s never ready on time . I try to tell the manager that they need to manage their online orders better and he gives me attitude and continues to have lunch with his boyfriend. Very rude.
