I want to give a HUGE shout out to Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Edinburgh! Many dont realize the Garden Grille is a restaurant that you can have dinner every night ir brunch on Sunday!
Several weeks ago I reached out saying I had a dinner party of 25-30 people who I planned to bring for a surprise birthday party. They would be separate tickets and such, but could they accommodate us? Their immediate answer was yes and how can we go above for you?
We arrived this evening and was greeted by Meredith, she was fantastic. The regional director came in to make sure they were ready for us. Above and beyond on being super accommodating, kept our drinks full and got all of our different orders correct!
The food arrived together, and was delicious!
If you have a party of 2 or 30 – I highly recommend them!

Never got to try it. Never got a hello a nod a be with you in a minute a menu. I would understand if they were full but literally 5 people and 2 were finished with their order.

This is geared towards business conferences. Travelers expecting the usual “free” breakfast will be disappointed. $14 for a very nice breakfast, but unexpected surprise.

Clean hotel room, great staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and omelets/ eggs/ bacon were fabulous!

The service was horrible. Only one waitress and we waited 45 minutes and still never got served. There were only a few people in the bar area and about 7 people to serve and still never seen. This is ridiculous. Horrible service. Do not recommend.
