Everything about this location is great except they prioritize counter meals over online orders. To the point that you’re waiting an additional 35 minutes beyond your pickup time and to top off off everything gets boxed up and then you wait ten minutes for the last thing to be added. That way everything is nice and soggy except for the last item. I understand being in the middle of dinner rush but the wait is a little excessive. Especially when you’ve watched 20 to 30 people walk in and get their orders during your wait time.

Often slowed and clogged up due to online orders and it appears in the last month or so the portions have been shrinking as well. Now my bowls are mostly all rice and barely topped off with my entree. Other locations are way better and most consistent

The Panda Express on 29th (South Hill) in Spokane is great. Have been eating there at times for the last few years. And it’s always been a pleasant experience. The location is almost always really clean. The service is very friendly and, quick. The food looks, smells and tastes great! Definitely recommend it for anybody that is looking for a fast and easy meal. That not only will taste good. But, is reasonably priced too!

I love panda i love there food, i get it all the time this has been by far the worst experience ive ever had. i found a piece of what looks like fabric in my mouth, i almost threw everything up i chewed it and knew something was wrong ALSO not to mention i called 3 times and they said they “couldnt hear me” and i called off a different phone obviously they didnt wanna deal with the situation

Panda has vegetables, and several protein options, like teriyaki chicken, shrimp, beef – dress it up with sauces, or keep it spicy and simple like kung pao chicken. The all- vegetable side order is a blessing – I like to get 1/2 chow mein with 1/2 vegetable. Service is typically fast, optional chop sticks. You can ask for paper cups and get water from the soda tap, and the chili sauce packet packs nice punch and flavor!
