Stopped in for a quick lunch while driving back home to Canada. We don’t have Panda Express up there so we like to go when we get the chance. All the kids loved it, great flavors. Staff at this location were friendly and efficient. I was super hungry so i got the three entrees, with walnut shrimp, orange chicken and kung Pao chicken. Kids all got the bowls and left full. Thanks for lunch!

I stopped by mainly because I was craving the Walnut Shrimp , and it definitely did not disappoint! It tasted just as amazing as I remembered—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Everyone seemed happy to help and created a really positive atmosphere. Another nice surprise was that the food trays were actually well stocked, so everything I wanted was available. That doesn’t always happen everywhere! And I have to give a special shoutout to Angelina—she’s truly A-One and did a fantastic job. ⭐ Great food and great service all around!

**** BUGS***** !!!!!! I can’t even explain the disappointment and disgust me and my husband had on our faces when he founds fried bugs in our food last night we came in bout one hr before they closed paid with cash I got and plate and my husband got a plate paid with cash didn’t receive a receipt had our food just chillin the the counter in a bag while we got our drinks got the bag left came home started eating and I was taking a bite of my food and noticed it don’t look like I thought I got some pieces of burnt rice , when the thing is I didn’t get rice I just got a plate of three types of meat come to find out looking closer they are bugs !!!!! I called the next day told the manger we found BUGS IN OUR FOOD also didn’t get a receipt he said I’m lying I said I took videos and pictures he said bring the receipt in we will take care of it I said we didn’t get a receipt he again stated I was lying and stayed quiet I have a few words with him explaining how nasty and disgusting it is for a food service to be this unsanitary. Please do not go here they have a 2.5 rating for a reason !!!!

My husband and I just went in and Angelina served us. She was absolutely amazing!! She had a smile on her face the entire time. She went above and beyond my expectations. I go here all the time and I’ve always been treated great. But she went above and beyond and I just had to put a few good words on here for her.

It never fails every time we go to this location after 4:00 p.m. they’re always short-staffed they don’t have fresh food and they don’t even have stuff to plate your food in order to bigger plate with three entrees double Beijing beef and one orange chicken and got sweet fire chicken breast in a bowl on top of my noodles and rice with two sides Don’t recommend going to this location will not be back I will be going to the other location on Argonne The managers are supervisors of this location really need to crack down on their employees and staff especially when they’re short staff they need to figure out how to implement changes to help customers

Panda straight up on some weird ish. Buckle up cause this is a wild ride. Ordered through doordash and have never had any issues with this, also being a dasher I kinda know how this works. My dasher was assigned to me and everything was fine and dandy and said that they were at the store waiting for my order. About 15 ish mins go by and I receive a call from my dasher stating that they are still waiting for my food. Upon further investigation the manager Anju states that they “gave it to the right dasher and they took a photo i watched them” being a dasher you take a photo of the receipt and it sends to the customer to know that the food was picked up. I never got any photo, nothing like i usually do. Anju then starts telling me( the dasher handed the phone to her) how it’s “not their fault” and I “need to contact customer service if there is an issue”. I told her I am unable to get the phone number for DoorDash due to it all being AI and she tells me she will get it for me(there was multiple back and forth before she stated she could get the number). She then proceeds to tell me that this happens “a lot lately” and i asked her if she has called DoorDash to fix the problem. She tells me that its not her issues its mine….like okay girl i think you are missing what i am saying but pop off. I told her I will wait for the number and she hands the phone back to the door dasher. He tells me that he will get the name of the manager and is confused why she doesn’t just remake the order. I asked her this while on the phone as well and she stated “because i will lose money” girl Panda is a HUGE chain babe, I think they will be just fine..idk where this “I” is coming into play its giving scam. We are now about 20 mins in to this. The manager disappears. My dasher is asking the workers what her name was since I wanted to know cause like weird vibes at this point. I’ve managed before and worked directly with DoorDashers at restaurants and totally understand that mistakes happen and the wrong order gets handed out. It happens, its fine, just like make it right bro. Remaking an order is literally not a huge deal as they were making it out to be, especially in GIANT chains like Panda. Anyways finally Anju emerges and is on the phone with someone. It’s someone from DoorDash Jade E who is stating that a doordasher picked up the order then decided to keep it??? I asked her what her last name was because i straight up told her this is sounding weird as heck and I have never heard of this before, she said “what?” About 3 times and then said she was “not allowed” to give that to me but gave me her last initial. Fine I’ll take it. Weird though that the manager was the one on the phone with her when she went to the back (for about 10 mins) “getting the DoorDash number” Remember she said she had a number for DoorDash to give me??? Spoiler never got it. Anywho, suddenly her (Anju’s) tone changes and its not my fault OR their fault its all DoorDash’s fault. She then tells me (the doordasher handed her the phone when she first entered) that I should order through Panda Express themselves and then none of this would have happened! And that they are cheaper through them. Like girl can i just get my food….this is so weird. Idk if Anju has like a side business or what but all of it was so wild and unnecessary. In short orders get handed to the wrong person all the time. Fix it in that moment and write it off at the end. Literally not a big deal especially to large companies like Panda. weird vibes all around.

Well it’s not been so good as of late. I’ve been there with 15 min until closing which should give the employees plenty of time to scoop my order into a bowl and send me on my way. Well recently they’ve been not serving starting at 9:45 I guess. Maybe it should be posted officially instead of 10 pm. Especially if there are four employees just moving about the joint. I would think at least one of them would be able to serve a paying customer on his lunch break.

Had a hair in my food and was unable to go back for them to make it right. Called to see if I can get a refund but nobody will answer the phone after multiple calls. They weren’t even busy at the time I was there. Very unfortunate, will not be returning.
