If you want Jimmy John’s, it’s worth getting in your car and driving to the other side of town.

My sandwich literally has ice in it. I also asked for extra hot peppers didn’t get any at all. This is my fourth time and they have gotten my order wrong three of the four times kinda upset probably won’t be back.

We have ordered from here before and other stores as well. We ordered a “Little John”, a smaller version of the regular sandwiches. Since we have had it before, we knew what to expect. Instead, we received (see photo) this.. I received a refund because I know what this sandwich is supposed to be and it definitely isn’t this. The manager offered to remake it, but I declined because I could see a clear box above their sandwich station with more tiny loafs for “Little John’s”.
I think it’s safe to assume that whomever made the bread that day messed up and made the loafs to small. It’s disappointing because they served something that should not have even been made. We instead went to Penn Station and spent around the same amount for delicious sandwiches.

It’s always a great experience at Jimmy John’s! I love their gargantuan sandwiches that they put on a lettuce wrap. My absolute favorite! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I suggest that you order in the app, as you will get a reward after two sandwiches.

This is honestly one of my favorite restaurants to go to, whether I dine in or even go through the drive thru! The food is great, my favorite sub being the turkey Tom, and the service here is also very good, overall deserving 5 stars!

My partner and I have consistently run into issues ordering from JJ. We either have entire sandwiches missing, modifications ignored (received tomatoes when asked for none, no cheese when asked to add some slices etc.), or cookies/chips/hummus missing. We have had to request refunds in the past, but after this last order we’re so done with JJ that we don’t even care.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced. I am a frequent customer. My husband and I order at least once a week and often 2-3 times per week, and it has been the same anywhere I lived within delivery distance. However, I’m done with this location. They consistently get my order wrong. I would say at least 60-70% of the time, we’re missing one or more items, we’ve received the wrong item, a sandwich isn’t made as requested, or we just receive the wrong order entirely. We have called many times to either get a refund for the missing items or have them to bring us the actual item we ordered. We’ve gone down to the store several times to let them know how frequently they get our order wrong, but nothing changes. Today, we ordered food and the delivery driver actually said the words, “We got your order right today,” so that gives you an idea of how often they get it wrong. Except it wasn’t right. It was missing chips. We had redeemed a free chips reward so it didn’t cost anything, and I didn’t call to complain. I’m tired of complaining. I try very hard to be polite and considerate when I tell them what’s wrong because I don’t believe screaming at people helps a situation, but this was my last straw. No matter how many times we ask what they do to ensure the order is correct and let them know how often it’s wrong, it doesn’t change. In fact, it has gotten worse.
When they first opened, they were great. In fact, we almost never had issues with our orders. The first time we got an order wrong (the wrong sandwich), we called and the manager was very apologetic and even personally delivered the correct sandwich. He also gave us 2 coupons for a free sandwich. However, we noticed a few months later that he was gone, and it’s been getting steadily worse ever since. I can’t even remember the last time we got a 100% correct order. We’ll get frustrated and not order for a few weeks, and then we’ll get a craving and place an order only to be disappointed again when the order arrives. Today was just another disappointment. I wanted to write a personal letter to the owner to let them know how poorly this store is run, but I couldn’t find the information to do that, so I’m writing this review in hopes it reaches them. They need to be a little bit less “freaky fast” and a little bit more “consistently correct.”

Every time we order from here some thing is wrong. Today was the last time we will be going to this specific location. I ordered a sandwich, the way it came, nothing changed and half the toppings were missing. I had to go to the counter three different times to put my own sandwich together the way it should have been to begin with. Very disappointed in the laziness of the employees, especially for how much a sandwich is there.
