Came in 1 person in front of me they would be with me in a few minutes that was fine. They asked what I wanted I told them 2 bigger plates with chowmein noodles. 1 with all orange chicken and the other with 1 broccoli beef and 2 Beijing beef. There was clearly enough noodles for 3-4 plates but she made me wait for noodles then tried to make me pay before I got any food I told her I would pay when I received my food. She proceeded to tell me that it could be awhile before they got to me. There is Noone else in the restaurant. The person behind me got his noodles and entree and left. I am still waiting.

I ordered some panda express through Uber Eats at 10:14am today and when I recieved it I made sure everything was there. It was all present and correct. I ordered a bigger plate with all chow mein and 2 sweet fire chicken breasts and a kung pao chicken breast and a medium super greens. While my chicken and chow mein were amazing I started working on the super greens and noticed something strange after I was halfway done with them. I liked closer and there are bugs and worms in my food! I’ve never been so grossed out in my life! I want my money back! I have pictures and videos to prove it. I forgot to mention this was the west valley location in yakima.

Panda Express West Valley – I will not be eating here again! I got very sick after eating here. I had several different things, so I don’t know for sure what caused it but it may have been the Honey Walnut Shrimp. I was sick all night. I won’t be eating here ever again!

It’s quite a wait for a doordash pickup. Sat inside for a good amount of time before my doordash pickup was ready.
It was clear that they started it when I walked in and told them which order I was there for.
Delivery drivers lose money waiting long. We only make a few dollars per delivery and if that one delivery or two is all we do in an hour, we end up making less than the minimum wage.

Sometimes Panda Express can be hit or miss, but not this place. This place rocks. I specifically drive across town just to eat here, lol! The staff are always friendly, they never skimp on the portions, and the food is cooked right. Gold standard.

I quickly realized why I have not eaten at this location for a really long time. When ordering online they forget about your order until you show up to pick it up then the staff gives attitude and dirty looks like you did not just order food 30 minutes ago. The staff here is young and under trained to deal with customer service.

The manager working there is awful, she was yelling at the staff the whole time and not even doing her job. Then hid in her office to avoid customer complaints. She treats the pick up drivers like second class citizens, what a shame. This place needs new leadership for reals.

Getting worse and worse.. Travel the distance and go to the 1st ave Panda Express..
I ordered teriyaki chicken… It had boiled skin on it.. No sauce..
I ordered mushroom chicken.. Greasy..
I ordered 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 greens…
I do not need to say more… As you can see from the pics..
It is sad to say this was not the first time but definitely worse.. I couldn’t even save it. It is a restaurant that my son loves and have gone there many times and it has been hit and miss for this one.. The first street restaurant has been way better on the service and food.
