Right from the bat you go in there one side of the room had a lot of tables available The bar side was full, but the other side that was half empty .There was an older lady there I don’t know if she was in charge or the manager. She asked the waitress if she could take more people on the empty side and she said no I am totally maxed out. She couldn’t handle any more tables and she probably had about eight tables. which I thought was weird being a waitress you have to hustle and all you are really doing is right down people’s orders and the fact that she told management that she was maxed out was so unprofessional. For just being open for two days, they ran out of a lot of items that were on the menu. Which I think is crazy because in the morning, you should see what you need for the day and they ran out so quickly and they only been open for two days they should be stocked and ready, and this is not owner ‘s first Rodeo. The old Floramo’s in Chelsea was amazing . We Ordered the steak tip rib combo with fries. I got the steak tips and fries no ribs on my plate. Alex, the waiter was amazing and very, very busy. I kind of blame that one on chef he should’ve known the ribs went on the plate too. The steak tips were very good but the ribs were good Fall of the bone but the sauce was horrible you should 86 the sauce it ruined the ribs. It tasted like water down tomato sauce . In the end, I noticed our salad was missing too. So we never got our salads. We didn’t even get a butter knife for our butter for our bread, but the butter was solid like an ice cube frozen. I had to use the handle of the fork to the butter my own bread . On the way out the blonde hostess looked right at my husband and I and didn’t even say good night nothing! The owner should reevaluate everything before they open tomorrow ! If this was the first time opening I wouldn’t say anything I would’ve gave it a second chance but since Floramos Was in Chelsea years ago I expect them to be amazing like before and it’s just sad because I used to go to Floramos in Chelsea for years was always good.

Been waiting for them to open since it last closed! One of my favorite restaurants, been back 3x already since they opened lol. They have been busy since the opening which is expected bc the food is really that good. Got steaks tips / ribs with the pasta. Meat melts in your mouth and so flavorful & sauce is amazing. Will forever be my spot!

Have gone now 3 times since they opened back up first time the food was ok the steak tips were small and don’t taste like their original you use to get in Chelsea. The second time the waitress was horrible barely came to the table forgot our salads drinks ect. The food came out cold we complained they took it back and threw it back on the grill which is not the proper thing to do take back eaten good and place it back on grill with other people food cooking. Then the third time the waitress was wonderful even all while almost ready to have a baby but the food was horrible once again the whole table it came out cold they took it back slapped the eaten food back on grill brought it out at this point hot but burnt. I don’t think they have what they use to have and it’s sad because they use to be phenomenal back in Chelsea now I just feel the hour ride is not worth it and I will not be back which is so sad because always loved their food but they just can’t get it right they can’t deal with the clientele and the rush of how busy it was and don’t waste your time talking to management they are not friendly and seems to only care about the $$ your putting in their pocket which is a disgrace.

I hate to be doing this, but unfortunately this new place no longer lives up to the original Floramos name. We waited over 45 minutes to be seated, and it wasn’t until another 20 minutes after we were seated that our waitress finally informed us that they were “out of ribs”. This was not even two hours after they opened and it was the reason we were there in the first place so it was a HUGE disappointment. After placing our order (ended up having to settle for steak tips and chicken) we had to wait almost another 30 minutes to finally get our food.
This was probably the most disappointing point of all. The portions were MUCH smaller than they used to be, even at the previous location, and the quality of the food itself has tanked. The roasted potatoes that I used to love were soggy, cold, and bland. It was like they had been sitting on a table for an hour before they were served. The fries that were our favorite have been replaced with generic unseasoned fast-food-quality fries. The flavor of the meat was good, but it was also served cold and portions were tiny.
Overall, the quality of the food can’t even be compared to what it used to be, which is disappointing because I had been a loyal customer to this place since they were open in Chelsea. Unless they fix their act, I don’t think I’ll be going back and I DEFINITELY won’t be recommending it like I used to.

Our server was very kind and patient but the wait times to get food and drinks was very long, we waited for almost 10min to get drinks and then another 30 to get food, we got the steak tips with shrimp and a side of salad and pasta which was $30 the shrimp was white and there was 3 tiny pieces of steak, the pasta was cold and the Marinara sauce was watered down and tasteless. We were a party of 4 and came at a time with no wait but I would never wait for an hour with the quality of food and for the price.

This was my 3rd time at this restaurant. The 1st time, a friend and I sat at the bar and the food was great – service so, so due to only 2 bartenders working and a full bar. 2nd time, sat at the bar – the food was good, service not so good at the bar – too busy and not enough bartenders. Yesterday, was 3rd time here within a few weeks and this was the worst of the time. Food lacked flavor – couldn’t taste the marinade on the turkey tips and the artichoke appetizer had no garlic and no flavor. However, this time we requested a booth and the service was very good. After leaving the restaurant, we decided we wouldn’t eat there again for a while – things need to be more consistent – both food and service. They need to work on both of these issues if they want customers to return.

Went yesterday at 2:00 p.m.with a party of four… No parking in the parking lot had to park down the street… When we got in there was a 30-minute wait.. and instead of informing us at that time that they were out of certain items… We were allowed to wait to be seated only to have our waitress THEN tell us that there was certain items that they were out of… They were out of clams, veal., and their famous baby back ribs…. The waitress was hard-working and very friendly but… Food was also served lukewarm…. Why wouldn’t you tell people up front that you were out of these items when you are allowing us to wait for 30 minutes?!!!. Totally disappointing and deceptive business practices not letting customers know up front about these missing menu items just to keep people in the seats. Place it on a board up front and let people know that you’re out of certain items before you allow them to wait for 30 minutes AND be seated! DO BETTER FLORAMOS!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We waited over one hour just to be seated, which was already frustrating. After finally sitting down, we waited another full hour for our food. That is completely unacceptable.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold, which made the long wait even worse. It felt like no one cared about the quality or the customer experience.
To make things worse, when we asked to speak with the manager, the manager spoke to us in a very mean and dismissive way. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix the situation. The way we were treated was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Long waits, cold food, and poor management service are not what anyone expects when dining out. I would not recommend this restaurant!!!!!

We went yesterday at 3pm, got seated on the bar side right away. Within 2 minutes, our waitress Caitlin arrived to take a drink order. She quickly returned and took our food order. My chicken Parm was phenomenal, piping hot, just like I remember from the Chelsea location. My husband got the steak tips and sausage. The tips were lukewarm as was the sausage but still tasted excellent! You have to understand that they just opened a few days ago and are obviously working out some kinks! We were also happy to see that Dennis is there waiting tables! Will will most definitely be visiting often!
