I want to start by saying the only reason we stayed was due to Taylor taking over and having such amazing service give her 5 stars! We waited 30 minutes for someone to take order which happens when a rush of online orders comes understandable. But 3 people infront of us left as they had been waiting a extra 10-15 longer then us we were told.
But after this we ordered one plate it was sent over then all of a sudden Chris stopped mid taking our order. After only making 1 of 4 plates he without saying anything moved to start drive thru. After about 10 more minutes of no one saying anything. Taylor stepped in to finish the order after seeing it was left unfinished. During this time she kept getting pushed out the way. WHILE STILL TRYING TO TAKE OUR ORDER. Chris also set stuff in our order. We did not request or ask for from another order. Only at check out did we say we didn’t order that with Taylor backing us up that we didn’t order that when Chris butted in to say yes we did when he hadn’t handled more then the first order (which the person is allergic to the item that was supposedly’requested’).
So we chose to take out instead of dining in choosing to not stay.

Food is always good and the people friendly but every time we go in, there is a minimum 10 minute wait to start ordering. If you go though the drive through, expect an additional few minutes. At this point we may as well go to an official sit down restaurant. If they are unable to manage a drive through then they shouldn’t have one.

Super clean lobby, always someone taking care of sweeping of taking the trash out. The portions are very fair, the staff is really nice and welcoming. They greet you when you come in and if there’s a wait, they assure you they’ll help you shortly. The food is always very fresh, and the wait for something if it runs out is only ever 5-7 min. We have never had an issue with the quality of the food or portions regardless of if we go in or through the drive thru. We choose to go to this location over others nearby!

We found the service to be kind and generous at this location. The manager was exceptionally kind when we ask for a favor. In truth, my wife and I go out of our way to dine at this location instead of going to a closer Panda Express. Therefore, we have given this restaurant a five star rating due to the excellent service. Excellent tasting food and kindness of their staff.

If you place an online order. Expect to wait an extra 15-20min after you arrive for your requested pick up time. This location is busy and does not prepare the online order until you arrive. It also helps to tell them that you are there so they start making your food.
Every other Panda location has your food ready when you get there for the requested pick up time.

The Beijing Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Broccoli Beef are also favorites of mine. We love to stop by here after work for a quick dinner. Food always tastes fresh and the portions are large. Biggest highlight is Kim serving us our food! His customer service is above and beyond. He even gave us some extra rangoons and offered us free water for our short wait. We always hope to see him whenever we stop by!

I was the first to arrive and ordered dark rice, broccoli and beef, and chicken teriyaki. I was told the rice would be ready in five minutes, but it actually took fifteen. I was also disappointed that, despite requesting broccoli and beef because my plate was empty, my request was ignored, even though the dish was already running low. As a result, I waited longer than everyone else. When the broccoli and beef ran out, I had no choice but to select chicken with mushrooms, as I could not wait another fifteen minutes. This was the slowest and least efficient Panda Express I have ever experienced. The staff must serve food if it is food that has not yet run out in the order of the live queue. Bad service at this location!!!
