We stopped by this Panda Express around 8 PM to grab some takeout. My husband really enjoys their chow mein, and overall the service was very fast and efficient — we didn’t have to wait long at all.
However, I was really put off by something I saw while waiting for our order. One of the employees was wiping down the glass counter — right above the open food trays — with a cloth, while the food was still sitting there. It immediately made me uncomfortable.
Where does the dust or spray from that cloth go? Straight into the food? Why clean the serving area while food is exposed? Why not do it after closing, or at least between batches when the food is covered?
It may seem minor, but it really raises concerns about hygiene. That one moment kind of ruined my appetite.
Quick service, but questionable timing when it comes to cleanliness.

Good food.
3 entree each person 2 meals, about $40.
The person behind the counter was very nice. The environment. look clean, mildly, quiet. Table, look kinda small other than that.It was all good. We enjoyed it

Rude employees and terrible customer service.
If you work in the customer service industry, there’s an expectation to treat customers with basic respect especially when they’re being polite to you. My brother came in just to order some spring rolls and crab rangoons, and the female employee told him he had to buy an entrée first. There’s nothing posted anywhere that says you must purchase an entrée to order appetizers.
When he tried to clarify, she ignored him and moved on to the next customer. Even an elderly man in line pointed out that my brother was next, but she was rude to him as well. The situation became such a mess that she had to walk off and get a manager.
When my brother was finally served, they tried to overcharge him ringing it up as an entrée instead of appetizers. Thankfully, the manager eventually corrected it, but this entire situation should have never happened in the first place. Completely unprofessional behavior.

This location consistently treats customers differently, and it’s very noticeable. They called out names for pick-up, but didn’t call my boyfriend’s bag. When he went up and politely said, “Yes, please, for ___,” the employee asked to see his confirmation, something they were not asking from everyone. Why are only certain customers required to show this? When I picked up my order separately, I stated my full name and was met with attitude and told to provide my “last initial,” even though I had already said it. The inconsistency and selective rudeness were hard to ignore. It felt like employees were choosing who to treat respectfully and who not to, which comes across as discriminatory. Every customer should be treated the same. I hope management addresses this and ensures employees are properly trained on how to interact professionally with all customers.

Went there at 1040 tonight and they didn’t have much in the bowls. The server echo told us we could order anything we wanted but there would be a wait if there wasn’t any or enough available, I ordered a plate with original orange chicken and chow mein (I don’t ever order spicy chicken since I got surgery for my gall bladder) we paid and waited like 5 mins which was fine. Drive home sit down and start to eat and realized I was given a whole double serving of spicy orange chicken aswell as my wife being given a small side of spicy orange chicken. Idk if it was a simple mistake or if it was intentional due to us coming in 20 mins before close but now we’re out money and have to go get different food because we don’t eat spicy food.

Arrived at approximately 5:30, there were five people in front of me. I placed my order at 5:39, one plate with two entrees, sesame chicken and broccoli beef with fried rice, and one family dinner with the steak dish, chicken and mushroom, and chicken and green bean, both sides were the chow mein. I was told at the time I ordered the sesame chicken would be approximately 3 minutes. They then moved me down the line and I paid $54 approximately. During the time I was waiting there was a proximately 20 people that had come in behind me and they were being moved through the line with their orders fulfilled. At 10 minutes I checked to see why my order wasn’t ready and I was told that we were still waiting on the chicken and mushroom and the chicken and green bean. While I was waiting I observed all those people that came in after me being served those dishes. I waited 25 minutes for my order. I checked it before I left the store and noted that the steak which cost me an additional $3.75 was not even full it was about an inch and a half below the top, the plate with two entrees and fried rice with also very skimpy and the fried rice as you can see in the picture was not even two full Scoops it was maybe a scoop and a half. At the point that I waited that long, and paid additional for the steak entree it seems they could have at least filled up the box and possibly offered me an additional dish since it took so long. As this was my first time using this location I am extremely disappointed, and doubt that I will go back again. I will be calling the 1-800 number as well to take the survey and let them know how disappointing and expensive this meal turned out to be. As you can see by my other reviews I am very fair and only give a poor review if I feel one is deserved.

Clifford & Colin were so welcoming the second we walked in the door, the proportions of food were just right & they were so happy to help us! Best experience at a Panda Express in a long time, will definitely be returning!

I placed an online order, but even after the scheduled pickup time I had to wait more than 26 minutes for my food. The store wasn’t busy at all, which makes the delay even more disappointing. I feel the management needs to improve the efficiency of the service.
