Edited after my disporportionate tray got empty (& I qas still hungry).
The restaurant was friendly, efficient and buckets were hot and full. Cashier was abrupt and didn’t know how to enter a coupon.
This BIG FAT ZERO STARS go to the owner/franchise…are you kidding me, what’s up with the extra small entree side for $5.40 before tax and not even big enough to feed a child (see dimensions in photo)??? Generous with filling cheap pasta and rice but we come for the portions that you used to serve. ♀️ Now I see whatcha did, see the photo of the disgustingly small “entree” section in the to go tray. Rice and pasta that fill the customer and cost the company pennies, served full. Yet the real meal…skimpy and MAYBE 5 bites. SHAME ON YOU, BUSINESS OWNERS. Boy, if this is ever proof of selfish & shrinkflation business practices…smh. Don’t be so stingy or you’ll lose us!! 2 entree (used to be much larger) spaces used to be enough to share. Your ‘entree’ portion is too expensive and laughable! You should be ashamed and embarassed. After all, what is what you are charging us for! Boo!!!

We love Panda Express and come here pretty often. We’ve found that for takeout, we usually have a better experience when we place our order in person rather than through the app. We’ve had a few too many small mix-ups with pre-ordering, so if we do use the app, we make it a point to check everything before leaving. Ordering at the counter just seems to go a little smoother for us.
That being said, the food itself is always great and consistent. My go-to favorites are the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and the crab rangoon—they never disappoint. Overall, it’s still one of our favorite quick spots when we’re in the mood for something easy and satisfying.

Went through drive through got back to my office and orange chicken had no warmth, and fried rice was cool. I’ve ordered from several Panda Expresses, always take back and always hot, not this one though. I called and they said the only option was to bring it back, unfortunately, that would require another 20 minutes of driving there and back, no thanks, very disappointed. Ruined my lunch. I probably will skip this one in the future.

Every time I order a bowl entree online, the side dish is not as much as the portions I would usually get when I order in store. Today’s bowl consisted of the most bland and basic chow mien and orange chicken. If you have time, a kitchen, and access to the internet, do yourself a favor and save your money by learning how to cook good chow mien and orange chicken at home. It’s 10x better and more healthier than consuming inflammatory seed oils and sub par food. Won’t be here for a while because of the inconsistency of the food.

I decided to stop off to pickup an early dinner to go.
I ordered my usual chow mein, chicken and green beans. Unfortunately, they were out of the chicken and green beans and told me it would be five minutes. The server picked up the chow mein and put it in the bowl and said you need to pay for this even though it wasn’t ready. A little shocked I walked over to the cashier and told her my food wasn’t ready, but proceeded to pay. Then I asked when the chicken and green beans is ready, will I get fresh hot chow mein? She looked at me, puzzled, rolled her eyes and returned the chow mein to the primary serving bowl. “Isn’t that a violation?”
10 minutes later the chicken & green beans was ready. They used the original bowl an over loaded it with chow mein and gave me one tongs full of chicken and green beans. I drove home not even looking into the bag. Upon opening the bag and bowl serving, it was primarily green beans, 3-4 small dime size pieces of chicken, raw onions and cool chow mien. I had to reheat my dinner on the microwave and removed the raw onions.
I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this Panda Express any time soon.

This was an excellent Panda experience.
There was a small queue when we entered but the staff were a well oiled machine and we were at the front in 2 minutes.
Plenty of options available, they were out of just one entree (arrived at 7pm for reference).
Portion sizes were great and very consistent. Food was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious.
The staff were very friendly and polite.
The restaurant was clean and well tended to.
Nothing to complain about at all. Very solid experience.

Double Honey and Walnut Shrimp and they completely left off the glaze. Completely different taste. Very disappointed. Unfortunately got it to go and found out before it was worth trying to have fixed.
