I counted 10 plus employees but not 1 person would change the over flowing trash. Pathetic customer service too. I stood the front counter to ask what toy came in the happy meal for at least 5 minutes + and I was ignored like a pariah begging for money.
The food was cold and so was the staff.
Take your money and kids elsewhere. Filthy establishment inside and out!

This is not the first time this has happened. And I never post reviews. I’ve ordered from this location about 10 times since it’s opened. And it’s terrible every time. They have you pull around in the drive thru. Problem is. There is only 2 spots. And 4 stalls around the corner. They shove so many people around to inflate their drive thru count. That you have no choice to park in the stall…. Guess what. Third time I’ve been told after 20 minutes of waiting we couldn’t find you. After I have to go in to see what takes so long for 3 sandwiches and 3 hash browns. Then oh we couldn’t find you, we can remake it for you if you want? That shouldn’t even be asked. Should just be give us 2 minutes to get you fresh food. Yeah… never again. Wendy’s is next door now. I could have ordered and got my food 4 times in the time it takes this place to take your money, push you around the corner, and come inside to get your cold soggy food. Do better…

They will forget your food. Check your bag. Or just don’t eat here anymore.

Got all the way home and my chicken nuggets were missing. I called and they said i can drive back today or tomorrow to pick it up. Why the hell would I waste my time for just chicken nuggets. No refund. Did not even offer to replace my full meal. Why would I pick up just chicken nuggets without fries or a drink when I was missing my chicken nuggets with my meal? I didn’t even get to enjoy my meal entirely and your solution is to replace just the chicken nuggets. Okay.

This location is consistently very slow.

About 90% of the time, customers are told to pull around the corner and wait an additional 4–6 minutes, even for basic orders.

It happens so often that it feels like the drive-thru process just isn’t being managed well.

McDonald’s is known for speed and efficiency, so this is disappointing.

A lot of us live nearby and stop here regularly, and instead of seeing improvement, the experience seems to be getting worse.

Management really needs to look at staffing, order flow, and overall performance.

If this store represents the McDonald’s brand, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Carrying more product, streamlining the process, and putting more effort into speed and consistency would go a long way.

I ordered a steak bagel, two breakfast burritos and two hash browns, totaling in the thirteen dollar range, got to work, and they didn’t even give me any of my hash browns. Service was slow, They weren’t even busy. How could you make a mistake not even busy. seemed under staffed. Thought they were having a bad day and understaffed last post. Tried again and they got the 2 hashbrowns right the medium orange juice but didn’t give me my steak egg and cheese bagel with no sauce. It was a bacon egg and cheese bagel with extra sauce… this location is horrible, they need to stop worrying about speed until they can get an order right….. worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Sad its the closest to my house. Will have to travel to find better service.

me and my friends got 3 mc flurry’s tonight, and they all tasted like chlorine..we all now have massive headaches. we looked it up and it says it’s seriously not good for you, and could be from left over cleaning chemicals in the machine. we then called mc donald’s and they said they knew about it, so must’ve been other complaints.

Pulled into the drive thru to get breakfast. Ordered food on the horrible app. Two lanes taking orders. The lane I pulled into was so slow I missed the time to get breakfast.

By one minute… the gal behind the speaker claims they were out of breakfast, one minute.

Horrible service. Slow employees. Terrible experience.

I’d rate zero stars if I could! This McDonalds is the worst with DoorDash. It takes them an hour or more every time and half of the time they just continue to push the order back more and more. How about not accepting orders when you’re incapable of filling them? Given the many other one star reviews, y’all just genuinely suck. How obnoxious.

I went through the drive thru to get 2 mcchicken’s. They charged me for one and a 6 piece chicken nuggets (which is $2 more than the other mcchicken I wanted.) I brought it up to them and they fixed the mistake which was great and all and I got my 2 mcchicken’s but I never got back what they overcharged me. Like I get we are human and we all make mistakes but if I bring it up to you then at least correct it properly, I need that money
