Excellent customer service, attitude, hard working, honest, all around wonderful place and good quality control.
On Wednesday March 4th late night, the lady wearing the black t-shirt was also extremely nice. There was a small error with the order and she fixed it immediately.
I will definitely come back to this panda express location.
Thank you

Fei is great. I believe she iz the manager and want to give her a shout out. She works really hard ensuring quality control is a top priority. The food is always fresh and the portions exceeding my expectations. My go to is the mushroom chicken and I love the balance of sweet and savory. The teriyaki chicken is grilled perfectly and this pairs well with the power greens. I feel there is a way to eat healthy ish here and I appreciate the selection of food items.
Service, atmosphere and food is always consistent and 5 stars.

The team are great but not the manager. I ordered catering for 12 persons, came there. The staff so nice but couldn’t find my online order. So she asked to the manager but the manager was not helpful and he was busy cooking. Later with grumpy face he went to the TV order monitor to find my order. It took a while. He supposed to train his team so they can help me and not to stressed out when something went wrong. The food are good.

I ordered family meal for five adults, to go, with black pepper sirloin stake, Beijing beef, kong pao chicken, and super greens x2. The food is fresh and tastes great. The service lady is very efficient, generous for each serving. I give them two thumbs up!

We only come to panda once in a while due to it being so far from where we live. Food was good and hot but something was off with the Beijing beef like it was burnt / extra crispy. The restaurant is messy. And the service is not desirable. We had came in at 6:40pm and was the only people in line. We got rust through and when telling the staff what we wanted they did not listen. Cut us off when talking as well under portioning scoops. Not to mention the entire staff speaking in a different language to one another. I felt uncomfortable being in the restaurant. It has the feeling of excluding everyone that doesn’t speak the language. In all this restaurant has homeless and druggies hanging around the building. I would not come to the restaurant if you wanted to eat out .

I regularly visit this Panda Express. Their food quality and preparation are consistent. Staff is helpful… they have systems in place to easily handle the busy times in an orderly manner. I am appreciating their rewards program accessed through their app.

I asked for fresh string bean chicken and was happy to wait the estimated 6 minutes because the existing pan was empty with just some dried out veggies left. When I opened up the to go box, I was baffled to see they had added the inedible old string bean chicken on top. This portion should have been thrown in the garbage. I feel like this was on purpose because we were served old dry orange chicken (didn’t realize till we tasted it) and I politely asked if we can have it replaced with fresh as I saw some had just been made. As a past employee of Panda Express I am extremely disappointed. None of those employees would have eaten that, why would they serve it to me.

Just like everyone else I am a huge fan of Panda Express for their usual consistency for their food. The food isnt the problem. I have had two issues with the specific location. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth and only receiving rice and low mein but was missing the entrees for one of my bowls I ordered. Okay, so things happen. my son wasn’t going to go malnourished by this mistake but was very disappointed. So I attempt to call. No answer. Okay, I work graveyard so I didnt want to spend times missing these guys so I figured i would just send an email to corporate and let them handle this. I took a pic of the missing entree and receipt and they sent it over to the this location. I never heard a word. Nada, nothing zilch. Look, like I said I love Panda Express, but letting your customers hang to only get ignored by this location is really pathetic. This location has lost my business forever. There are other locations that will get my business. No giving me a refund for this speaks volumes. This has nothing to do with the employees or the food this is all about the owner who makes these decision on how he runs this business. Making a complaint to the Washington State BBB to get this resolved.

This location has its good and bad days as far as food quality goes lol. But I still love it a lot because I don’t have a stove in my apartment and I love being able to order so many veggies for a cheap price. 🙂

Yesterday my wife and I went to eat on Saturday, August 2nd and everything was fine until now, Sunday. It turns out that her card was cloned by that restaurant and they almost stole $1,000 from her. In addition, the staff provides very bad service as if you were doing them a favor. We will never eat there again.
