I visited earlier this week and had about a 12-minute wait. Once I got my food, the rice tasted spoiled and the chicken tasted weird, plus I noticed it wasn’t fully cooked. Really disappointing and unacceptable.

I’ve been a regular at this location, but after yesterday’s experience, I won’t be back! The server tried to serve me scraps from nearly empty trays and claimed there will be no refills. After few minutes, another staff member said there will be refills and asked me to pay now and wait. After I paid, I looked at the receipt and saw a few additional charges for almost all items that I ordered. I was informed that these are all premium entries with surcharge which were never mentioned when they took my order!! They refused to cancel the order claiming that they will be flagged by HQ if they do! I then waited over 20 minutes while others were served before finally receiving my food!
Extremely bad service from start to finish. Not worth driving there anymore. Many other places offer better food and more respect to customers.

I would normally give 5 stars to Panda for its standard food, which is usually good and fresh but 3 stars due to the following few reasons: 1. half of its seating was closed. 2. The second half of seating had a dirty floor. 3. Tables and benches were not being cleaned when customers left, and we had to ask them to clean the table for us. 4. The rest room was messed up and dirty.

Arrived around 12:15, fried rice needs to wait for 5 min, 1/3 options are not available. I told them I’m ok with half mushroom chicken and half string bean chicken, with a full kung pao chicken. They give me full kung pao chicken and half string bean then tell me they can’t merge two halves. In the paying line, wait for 3 random persons cut in the line and pick up stuff or ask questions. The guy who should take care my order just ignored me until I told him I’m waiting. This is the worst visit to Panda Express in 10 years. Never been treated like this!

came in today for lunch and manager was yelling at one of his workers because he thought he was chewing gum! guy was extremely rude and wasnt a good look! the guy looked stressed out and didnt really understand why he was getting yelled at,and wasnt even chewing gum. i would never come here just knowing how he treats his employees

The best Panda Express I’ve ever been to, with a super large dining area. Everything is made fresh, the people that work here are nice and quick, and they don’t skimp on the portions, plus good service.

Panda express is your go to place for quick grab and go Chinese food. They are one of the best eateries out there who prepare small portions of food and keep it ready to go when you are in a rush. The menu is pretty simple and almost fixed.
You don’t have a ton of choices to make, so it’s easy not to go wrong with anything. Their noodles are better than their fried rice. The chicken and beef were well cooked and very flavourful.
There is enough parking and seating available for everyone.

Paid $12.13 for 7 shrimp with a few veggies around it. I got the scraps, and the person before me got 2x more meat for the same size bowl. Plus they have false advertising, the bowl was supposed to be $9.50, but the shrimp is an “premium” item with a hidden additional $1.50 fee not shown anywhere on the menu. Panda Express is just a terrible business, now lying about their prices. Never going back to this or any other location!
