I had a great experience at this Panda Express location. The restaurant was very clean, well-organized, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh and tasted great, and the service was just as impressive.
Eric and Jared were especially outstanding — both were professional, friendly, and attentive, making the visit even better. It’s always nice to see employees who genuinely care about providing great service.
Overall, I highly recommend this Panda Express for anyone looking for good food, a clean environment, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went on lunch and the drive thru was fast. The food was very tasty, but I paid extra for the honey walnut shrimp and felt like the portion was too small. There were no walnuts either.

Always great to use the app to get rewards and use the freebies bigger plate and the bowls are my go to. Love the walnut shrimp. Cooked perfectly each time. Love love love the noodles. Great paired as a bowl. This is always my go to. I recommend this location. Pretty easy to get in/out. Service could have been better – wait time was 10 minutes waiting to be served. 4 cooks 1 manager and 1 taking orders with 6 people in line this day. Good thing no one was on a lunch break or in a major hurry. Next time have 2 people taking g orders during dinner time. Thanks. I’ll visit again and see if service improves.

I did not have to wait in line upon coming to this location for my lunch break today, which was nice. Unfortunately, however, it was a 7 minute wait for my chicken egg roll. Not a big deal at all because I had the time to spare, and it ensured that the egg roll was tasty and fresh, but I know that can be frustrating for some folks who are on time constraints.
The restaurant itself needed a wipe down. The seats and tables hadn’t been cleaned in a while, so that was a bit to deal with in finding a seat. Idk, I guess it is a pet peeve of mine!
The food though, was tasty and fresh! The orange chicken, chow mein, and chicken egg roll did not disappoint! I also always love a good fortune cookie! My meal gave me that warm belly satisfaction that makes it all the more difficult to return to work, lol! Yummy!
Overall, a pretty good experience!

One of our favourite places to eat when we go to the States! Love the orange chicken..can’t find it anywhere in Canada. Lucy helped us out and she was fantastic! Thanks a bunch for the great service and delicious food!

tried to order in from this place and 40 minutes later my driver still hadn’t left the restaurant. it was one plate of food. had to just give up and refund. pretty disappointing

I have been here several times in the past month, a few times they forgot my fork (not big issue) I enjoy the food, the workers are friendly however today when I went threw the drive thru I was told they would not make my food as it was not prepared already and they would have to make it and they don’t want to waste food. I was planning on ordering a family meal which contains 3LG Mains and 2LG Sides I wanted the steak for all 3 mains and super greens for my sides. As this was not ready I was not allowed to order it. I’ve worked in food industry for several years and never turned away someone because I don’t want to make food. Turning away a customer who is about to pay $50+ is wild business model.
Here is my issue, I in fact have received fresh food from this place ordering 30min before close as I needed food for work because I work graveyard. Tonight was different, I was turned away because I was told they don’t make any fresh food after the lobby closes.
Either close when the lobby closes or keep making food up till close. That’s what is expected.
This was just pure laziness and unwilling to do the bare minimum is pretty sad.
I’ll possibly be back sometime soon however if this occurs again I doubt I’ll even want to come back, I’d more than likely tell people about the bad experience I get if this is ongoing.
Hopefully you take this as a serious wake up call, if you close at 10pm then you’ll stop serving at 10pm not sooner.

My boyfriend and I visited Panda Express at exactly 8:37 PM on Saturday, for a quick dinner. Everything was fine until we got home and the bag unexpectedly ripped, causing my boyfriend’s entire plate of food to spill out. He then drove all the way back to the restaurant to explain the situation.The staff at Panda Express asked for proof of purchase, so I quickly sent him a picture of the receipt. They then requested a photo of the spilled food, which I also provided. Despite the clear evidence and the effort to return to the store, they only offered him a discount for the inconvenience.I’m really disappointed by how the situation was handled. It’s confusing why they would ask for all that proof if they were just going to offer a discount in the end. It felt as if they didn’t believe us, which is annoying , We expected better customer service, especially considering the circumstances and the effort it took for my boyfriend to drive back to the to Panda Express.
