Tried this place for dinner tonight, and it was very good. Tons of options to choose from, and the salads are big enough to fill you up. I had a Mexican Elote Salad with warm quinoa, arugula, spring mix, roasted corn, roasted peppers, goat cheese, spicy sunflower seeds, cilantro, tomatoes, shredded cabbage, and lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette, and it was amazing! My hubby got a custom salad with a ton of goodies including bacon, feta, romaine, and more. He was very happy with his as well. This was perfect for a lighter dinner while we were out running errands today.

What a gem in Huntsville. Being a vegan is difficult at some places but not here. This place is unashamedly vegan – ie, it doesn’t try to “faux meat” anything but lets the legumes, rice, greens etc stand on their own merit.

The food was fresh, healthy and a great value for money. We ordered Elote Bowl and the Mediterranean bowl. Both were really good and so plenty that we needed to carry the boxes away. They also have designed the takeaway boxes very thoughtfully.

Only advice is to go sparse on the dressings – We felt that medium was towards a lot for us and next time we will order low amount of dressings.

All in all – a great institution serving the public with honest, clean and unapologetically vegan food.

If I lived in Huntsville I’d eat here multiple times per week. Delicious and healthy. I got the Asian Spring Bowl. Comes with shrimp and I added tofu.

We visited for the first time today, and it was by far the best salad I’ve ever had! The staff were all very friendly, smiling and polite.
I had the Warm Brussels Bowl (which I think may be seasonal), but wow! It was fabulous! The candied pecans, tender chicken, warm rice and Brussels sprouts with the roasted sweet potato…,just a perfect combination. Oh, and the raw beets, which I was very skeptical about…I enjoyed them very much.
My husband was very pleased with his southwest salad as well.

First time here. Ordering was pretty easy. The lady was very nice. Service was great. The food was delicious. Lots of it. But you pay. But it came out to two meals since they gave you so much. I had the spinach and spring mix with chicken and shrimp. I added tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and balsamic vinaigrette as well as crushed peppers. Really good. Line moved pretty fast. It was busy. Bathroom was cleaned and well stocked. They had a patio outside too. Recommend and will return.

We have been customers of this place for years, and unfortunately lately salads have not been made to order. I don’t normally do reviews like this but was very disappointed when my chicken pesto bowl, which has quinoa in it, was made leaving out the quinoa, not a dish modification I ordered. I’ll also add it was not busy at the time that these were picked up, so it would seem people are just not as attentive to making things and ensuring orders are correct. This is not the first time it’s happened just the first time I am writing a review about it. The salads are delicious and I’m sure we will keep ordering but for $15 each, have your employees pay attention to putting the ingredients in that people pay for.

★★★★★ Southwest Meets Fresh

This vibrant Southwestern salad is a perfect blend of fresh and bold flavors. Crisp romaine lettuce serves as a base for fire-roasted corn, black beans, and juicy cherry tomatoes. The perfectly cooked chicken breast , crispy tortilla strips create an irresistible texture contrast. The dressing ties everything together beautifully, an ideal balance. It’s a refreshing reminder that healthy eating can be both satisfying and delicious.

Always great! Never been a big fan of salads but this place makes me crave them. The kale Caesar is my go to. All of their salads have fresh ingredients and are very flavorful!

Found this one on Google looking for something light to eat since it’s been so hot. Perfect find! It has the concept of choose from their menu or build your own bowl. Lots of unique offerings like their house made dressings- I had the pesto vinaigrette and add ins like quinoa and roasted chickpeas. ( I think it was the chickpeas that sold me) Everything was fresh and delicious with a side of great service! Beverage wise, try the bottled Mexicane cola and for those who love Kombucha they have it on tap. I’ll be back Chop N Fresh!

I don’t even like salad but I love these salads! Fresh ingredients and plenty of choices, I’m willing to pay $20 here for a healthy lunch. So far I have had the chicken pesto and Nashville hot chicken salads. Amazing!
The salad pictured is kinda custom made, Nashville hot chicken with kale, spinach, quinoa, roasted Brussel sprouts, broccoli, red onions, fetta cheese and a honey Chipotle vinaigrette. Highly recommend if you like spicy
