Horrible service and the food was old. The lady was rude when I asked for the fresh chicken she tried to mix the old with the new when the pan was empty and had old dried small pieces. My appetizer was old I got the 12 peice and unfortunately it’s going to the garbage. No cheese inside and the ones that do is dried… please see attached photos. Not wroth the money.

Great place! The food is always fresh, hot and very tasty. I especially liked Orange Chicken – the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The portions are large, the prices are pleasant. The staff is friendly and works quickly, I received the order without waiting. The place is clean and cozy, pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely come back again!

The team was completely lost.

I received birthday points and tried to redeem them after making a $22 purchase. However, no one in the store was able to do it, even though the app kept showing that it had been confirmed several times. They checked the app themselves and saw that it wasn’t possible to redeem it online because of some system error, but they still didn’t release my birthday reward.

We eat at Panda very often, but after this experience I don’t plan on going back to this store. All the customers were looking at me as if I was causing a problem or a small inconvenience over a few points.

I felt embarrassed and ended up leaving. I don’t want the gift anymore and I also don’t want to buy from this store again.

man as someone who’s worked food service and currently works customer service, i totally understand how stressful it is. however, it seems like every time i get my text notification telling me that my order is ready to pick up for take out, it almost never actually is. i end up having to waste like 5-10 minutes of my lunch break just sitting and waiting for them to prepare the order. sometimes i even see them make it right as i’m standing there, lol. not sure if it’s just poor management or their systems are wonky, or what. food is usually solid though. kudos to the workers, not so much to their order pick up system.

Good place for fast food. Except, you can smell urine at the entrance to the restaurant. Plus, taking pictures to show you, I got a dirty look from a Hispanic lady who works there. So, that’s all I have to show you.

I was there recently to buy dinner for a Hispanic homeless man that stayed at Steel Lake Park.

Have a great day.

Today I went to this place and i bought honey walnut shrimp and I have been asked which size and I asked what is the price and the girl has explained to me the price and asked me to see at the menu in top of the wall so read that it says large bowl was $11.70 and i choosed the large size but for my surprise she gave me a medium bowl side and she said the the large one was more than $15.00 I said it was ok but the point is not the money only, the point is that in the menu says that is by bowl it doesn’t say that is by quantity i saw her counting the shrimps she told tha they have to count it. So she do not only gave me a medium size instead of large one, she gave around 7 shrimp, I think they should write in the menu that those shrimp are by quantity , because it is not by bowl. I felt that i I was scammed. This happened at federal way panda express

Normally don’t have any issues here but today was frustrating, just ordered food on my way home from work 20 minutes ahead of time. When I finally arrived 20 minutes after ordering my food I could see it was ready but hadn’t been bagged. The cashier saw me come in but continued to ring up multiple other orders before even addressing me, she then saw my order was done and instead of bagging it and handing it to me she told the worker actively helping customers to do it. I waited for another 10 minutes while they made the order and rung up every single person in line including people who had come in after me before they finally decided it was worth their time to bag my order and give it to me. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

This location has a tendency to not have their food out on time. Food is hot. Service is fast. I’ve eaten here a lot. Maybe once a week Employees are always nice. I’ll continue eating here.

We recently visited Panda Express for only the second time, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The highlight was definitely the family meal deal—just $35 to feed six people, and we even had leftovers. In today’s economy, that kind of value is rare, and it made the whole outing feel like a win.

The packaging was adorable and super practical—each meal came in its own little box, all neatly tucked into a larger box that folded shut and looked like a traditional Chinese pagoda. It made serving and cleanup easy, and the kids loved how it looked.

The staff was friendly and helpful, answering the few questions we had with patience. The wait time was reasonable, and the drinks were unexpectedly amazing—I had the mango peach spritzer, and my daughter had the watermelon cucumber spritzer. Both were phenomenal and felt like something you’d get at a specialty café.

And of course, the fortune cookies were the cherry on top. My kids absolutely love them, and this time all of our fortunes felt weirdly accurate—which made it even more fun.

Overall, it was a great experience: affordable, tasty, and family-friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Broccoli beef super dry, teriyaki chicken ran out of teriyaki sauce, green bean chicken tasted like straight soy and salt, chow mein is burnt. Do not order after 9pm, they stop making sauces and food quality declines. Broccoli was cut super large, no attention to detail. Staff are not friendly. I was stressed out and upset the whole night for wasting $23. I did not enjoy my food. It is definitely a hit and miss.
