Really Dunkin? This is gross. I got a toasted bagel with butter. This looks like cream cheese how it’s just slabbed on there. And that’s the normal amount of butter… not extra.. couldn’t even eat it, it was so gross. The bagel was cold as well. It wasn’t even that busy when I was there. It’s like the person that made it hates their job.
The lady at the window though was extremely nice!!! – she’s prob the only thing saving this location.

Good evening Family. I arrived to purchase a medium, peppermint mocha hot chocolate without the whipped cream. It was so delicious!!! I wasn’t sure that I would like it. I loved it!!! The associates were nice. I enjoyed my experience here. Have a good workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age. There were parking spaces available, and handicapped spaces as well. I would also like to add that I remembered to ask for my senior discount and it is thirty cents off/discount. I loved that and I am so happy that I remembered to ask for my discount. Have a blessed night. Also there was a wait but the line moved quickly.

The quality of service is lacking. I placed an order for donuts and waited for 10 minutes, while someone who ordered after me received theirs. When I inquired with one lady about my order, she didn’t respond, and after a few moments, I asked another person who was helpful, but that lady was informing him that he had already asked everyone. Customer service is inadequate.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. There’s a high likelihood they will talk about you in another language, assume you don’t understand them, and proceed to make jokes at your expense in another language. Mind you while the store is busy and full of customers. Nice to know that the employees still have time for comedy acts while working on the clock. If I conducted myself like this I’d be fired, but I guess that’s just the work culture at this location. Some stores aren’t worth visiting, this very well may be one of them, just based on poor customer service. I’d much rather support a location with more professional staff that isn’t going to disrespect the patrons.

Theives.. make sure to count ur change when receiving it from cashiers. Twice now 2 different cashiers have tried to steal $20 when giving me my change from a $100 bill for $7 worth of food.. dirty looks and attitudes when confronted about missing money back.. highly recommend using another store

Made a detour to that location to get my regular breakfast only to find out that they didn’t have any hot chocolate available. However, the classic glazed donuts and sugar maple bacon sandwich croissant was excellent. Also something was a little annoying while waiting in line: you can hear the alarm panel announcing “front door open” every time someone open the door.

I rated this same Dunkin’ about 7 years ago. This Dunkin’ has improved so much since then, with a new drive through, faster and nicer staff, a better updated app, new food options, etc. I still bring my son here all the time, he gets his usual: sausage egg and cheese on an English Muffin, hash browns and sometimes a glazed donut. He tried loaded hash browns for the first time this last time we visited. He doesn’t usually away from his original order because he doesn’t like to try new things, but I think he finished the loaded hash browns in about 30 seconds and must have said how amazing they were probably 9 times after he finished them. . I think he likes those. I have since gotten a service dog since my last review and sometimes the person at the drive thru window will see Enzo and give him a small pup cup. However, our server at the drive thru this last time was amazing, I wish I would have gotten her name, but as we were waiting for our food she comes to the window with a legit real sized drink cup as his pup cup. She was so attentive, personable, sociable, and overall a wonderful human, which seems rarer these days. Needless to say, I left this Dunkin’ with a very happy 13 year old and an extremely happy doggy. ♥️

Usually everything is fine. Unless it’s a simple bagel. They’re always half burt and half “raw”. Always the littlest swipe of cream cheese that’ll barely cover 1 side of the bagel. There is no option on the app or online otherwise to request “more”(should just be covered on both side, it’s not a sandwich) and when you say anything it’s attitude from the manager that the associate has to report the complain to. Associates are always nice, polite, and understanding.
