The people behind the counter were very nice. I feel like they really cared about the customer service. Also, whenever I order orange chicken, they fill it up so full that they can barely close it. A Large Al La Carte is way too much for one person, unless you want leftovers. That’s just my personal experience, but it has made Panda Express my favorite restaurant just for the orange chicken.

It’s always something that goes wrong with this place. Either something’s missing, wrong item, or this. One bowl literally had two bites of chow mein in it! The food is good, I don’t have a problem with that. But seriously, if they had run out of chow mein, they could of asked me to wait like they always do anyways.

Chow mein is ACTUALLY CABBAGE AND ONION STIR. Staff was inattentive when I picked up my family meal. Everyone was too busy chatting about their personal lives then to ask me how they could help why I stood at the counter waiting for someone to notice me. Even tried getting someone’s attention and they held up their finger like “hold on” while they finished a conversation about the jeans they bought the day before sucks the way food service is going down these days.

My nephew likes this place. A pleasant and welcoming young woman took our order and served us. She was very helpful and enjoyed herself. She then had to turn things over to Cool Boy 100. Instead of ringing up the order, while ignoring us, he preceded to prepare himself something to eat. The young woman who served us had to point out that PAYING CUSTOMERS with MONEY IN HAND wanting to spend that money had to wait, because of him. Everything was ready, order taken, served, sitting there getting cold because of this one guy. He then gives me a line on the order and over charges me. Hey, Dude, I get it. You are too cool for an old dude with a 12 year eat old. Won’t be back, Chuckles, you are a true hero.

2nd: service sucks( we have to wait 10 minutes before someone can acknowledge us) even they are fully staffed.
3rd: website said 10 am to 10 pm/ Always closed early. We went to this place at 8 pm. Of course Closed again!
IF YOU ARE CLOSING EARLY (CHANGE YOUR HOURS) Instead of us driving there for nothing. Just waste of time and gas!

Protein is consistently good. Veggies and surrounding foods? Not so much. Can’t seem to fully cook their foods. Staff is great though, so really I’d just caution to check before you eat!

Waited 20minutes after ordering at the drive thru. Asked for chow mein and got what looks like cabbage instead. This location is garbage. The food they serve is garbage and their service is even worse.

Please make sure to greet customers when they are waiting to make a food item selection. Busy or not, one shouldn’t have to wait over 5 minutes simply to be acknowledged. Especially, when the place looks fully staffed and the restaurant is empty.
