Came to this location and ordered food togo. Got home and saw they only gave me broccoli from my son’s beef broccoli order. I called and the manager was not friendly and only offered me to drive back for a refund.

I love panda express but this particular restaurant is skimpy with their food, particularly meats they give you more onions and stems than anything. I paid almost $19 for a plate. Got home I barely got any steak when I paid extra for it mostly was vegetables and mushrooms with big broccoli stems no broccoli they give you more stems and vegetables than anything when you’re paying for that much should be giving you a little bit of food you know and they need to stop giving you hard stems off of vegetables. Nobody eats that stuff. It’s hard as a rock. Anyways my complaint is about them giving you small portions and not only that about giving you mostly vegetables and they are hard as a rock and their big pieces of in stems of vegetables they shouldn’t even be putting those in your food. Nobody’s gonna eat that

I usually stop by around 7:30 in the evening a few times a month. The Hillsboro Esplanade location is a vision of controlled chaos, with every employee hustling and working their position like a world class team. The cooks, the order takers, the line support all work in harmony to process customer orders. The best part to me is that the staff all appear happy and friendly while trying to get every order right and quickly put together. The prices are very good compared to other quick food places.
I ordered a “Bigger” meal with 3 portions of teriyaki chicken and fried rice. For about $12.50, I got a to go box filled with at least a half pound of freshly cooked, great tasting chicken and an equal amount of fried rice. Great value, great taste, and great service.
By comparison, I had also stopped by Chick Fil A and had ordered a 12 piece grilled chicken only for $10 and received what seemed like about 2 or 3 ounces of chicken in a time to go container that was not much bigger that you would get for salad dressing or tartar sauce. Very little taste difference between Panda and Chick.
Stick with the Panda and pass on the Chick.

The girl anybeth is not qualified to be a dishwasher. Let alone a manager, panda should be able to do way better. Customers should be greeted and attended, not have to wait for workers to finish texting their friends or watching silly videos, eventually taking care of customers after they get bored. Definitely not coming back

You’d get your food faster if you drove to panda express in Miami Florida. By the time you get back to Hillsboro, youd still have a 20 minutes wait for you meal at this store. Absolutely ridiculous!! I could bake a cake faster than they can make a plate. My order was placed 25 minutes ago. Im still waiting. No lie, no exaggeration.

With over 2,200 locations it is one of the largest restaurant chain in the United States.
The atmosphere and this particular restaurant is quite relaxing. It’s a good atmosphere to eat with the family and to enjoy a meal together. I would recommend Eating here if you’re in the mood for some great Americanized Chinese food.

It’s panda… you get what you pay for. The server was kind (my voice box is messed up) polite, and patient. Props for that. Can’t say they shorted me on anything either like meat to veg ratio, full to go box. No complaints. It was the short, small, blonde girl that was so kind, if that matters, sorry im awful with names. Chefs were locked in. Good stuff.

This was the worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had. I was there over 30 minutes and when I finally got my food it was room temperature. All of our meals were already packaged and sitting on the counter while the staff ignored us. More than 15 people in line waited and many walked out without food.
One person stood at the register doing nothing, one woman paced around, one person cooked, and one girl only packed online orders while the line was out the door, rarly taking our orders. Then the manager came back from break and told them to answer the phones instead of helping. Was the system down? Who knows, because nobody said a word.
The food was cold, the service was rude, and the management was a joke. It took 19 days for Guest Care to respond to my complaint and all they gave me was a coupon. I will never return to this location or to Panda Express again.
