Had a great visit to Panda Express today. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what we were craving. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the excellent service from Yasenia.
She was friendly, patient, and very helpful, making sure everything was right with our order and doing it all with a great attitude. It’s always nice when a staff member genuinely cares about the customer experience.
Clean place, fast service, and outstanding customer care. We’ll definitely be back!

We love panda! And the service is always been awesome! Always greeted with a smile! It’s getting cold and wendy. So that’s part of why the dining room atmosphere got a 4 out of 5. There’s got to be a way to make it a little bit warmer in there maybe adding cushions to the chairs? I guess that’s just a suggestion. Love our panda!

Ordered off Uber Eats today and my panda cub meal was missing. I also ordered a plate with orange chicken and broccoli beef and the broccoli beef was literally ALL BROCCOLI and one piece of beef. I mean seriously come on dude no one wants a bunch of giant pieces of chewy broccoli… seriously dissatisfied also my uber driver had to wait 25 MINUTES JUST TO EVEN GET THE ORDER. There’s zero reason why it should take that long for one plate and one cub meal….

Got doordash last night, as too tired to cook. Food came fast.
However, The eggrolls were way over done, with the edges burnt on one. Ordered teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. The only condiment with the meal was sweet and sour sauce. No mustard for the burnt egg rolls, no soy sauce for the rice.
Not a good effort by panda.

Been to this location several times, and it’s never been this bad. We walked into a very dirty restaurant with all the tables covered in food crumbs, straws on the floor, & drink station an absolute mess. They were out of chow mein, which was alright. They told us we had to wait five minutes. After, paying for our food and taking a seat. We had to wipe our dirty table.. 10-15 minutes later we finally received our food. I ordered the chow main bowl with grilled chicken. As you can see in the photo the chicken was BURNT, I couldn’t even bite through it. Makes sense why they couldn’t cut through it.. DEFINITELY not worth the wait or the $10. I’m very disappointed by the lack of quality and cleanliness. The chicken was not fresh, had lots of fat.

Great place for fast food without the fast food!!! Clean, friendly, and fast. Good choices and variety. Witnessed the delivery drop of actual fresh produce. A ton of fresh and not frozen vegetables really impressed me. Good for you panda express,,awesome!!

First time at this location as I normally go to the one in happy valley, today I just happened to be near here so I decided to give it a try. As I walked through the door I was greeted and there was only one girl taking orders so the line was a tad bit long. There was an old lady ordering food and for some reason she got upset and called for a manager to come and make her order. Which held up the line a bit more because she only wanted fresh food. When it was my turn to order a majority of the foods were gone not to mention it was sitting under no light and heat meaning half the food was stone cold. The worker was nice about it and said that hot and fresh food would be out in a few minutes. Wait wasn’t the problem for me. The girl took my order and as new food came out she gave me good portion sizes. When I received my plate the only thing that was cold was the orange chicken. Other than that everything else was fine and thank you to the nice worker for being patient with everyone.

Ordered online went in to pick up food, I asked the register for my order she said, “this is it.” I went home, I was missing two big orders went back and got the rest of my order. Huge inconvenience don’t bother coming to this restaurant go somewhere else.
