It’s been probably a year since I’ve tried this Hardee’s, as it had been mediocre in the past. I decided to stop in the drive through and give it another try today. I was greatly disappointed. No prices at all on the menu. There are calories, pictures, words, but none of them indicate price at all. Apparently it is because they no longer utilize pennies, and round the price to the nearest nickel. That’s crazy that they can’t figure something out.
And just like it had been in the past, the food was hot garbage. Old fries and sloppy sandwich. Dr pepper tasted watered down.
I made the mistake of trying this Hardee’s location again, and it was just as much a disappointment as it had been in the past.

I made a future order online. It was set for 12:30 pm. I walked in at 12:30 and gave my name. I heard the cook say they hadn’t started on it yet. There was one car in the drive through and one person infront of me. I waited 10 minutes. The fries were luke warm and so was my burger. This place is usually great. Failed this time though.

12:30 pm and my curly fries were rock hard and ice cold. Do not like the computer voice box that takes your order. And at window hand my card then says here’s your food. No thank you no smile just didn’t seem to happy to be there. Oh well I won’t be back McDonald’s can have my money. At least their food is at least warm with a smile and a thank you. I mean this is our hard earned money we’re spending on food priced way too high with a 300% mark up. Serve us the same way you want your food.

Although not a big fan of their charbroiled burgers I do like their onion rings and their hand spun milkshakes. I feel they’re are a bit too expensive for the overall quality of their food. Prices for some of burger combos are just as much if not more than other Burger combos at places such as Applebee’s or TGI Fridays

I eat here almost every weekend, and without fail, the shift leader, an African American women is easily the most unfriendly, least courteous person up front.
No friendly smile, no “may I help you” no nothing.

Horrible service. Went through the drive through and watched an employee throw my food to another employee and they dropped it and still tried serving it to me. Disrespectful, unprofessional, disgusting employees and then the sandwich didn’t even have cheese on it.
