Put in a online order to pick up at 6pm. Lots of people were waiting for their online order. That’s cool, I’ll wait too. Talked to some other patrons and they were waiting for 45 minutes for their food. I asked for my order to be completed 3 times between 6pm-7pm. They literally skipped us twice. Ran out of the food that we wanted and It took them an hour to complete my order while the walk in line was in and out of the door within minutes. I went to cancel my order and then bam! My order is ready an hour later! It may have been the day or whatever but waiting an hour for fast food is crazy.

When I order chow mein, I expect noodles not a bowl that’s more than half cabbage. I get that tastes vary, but this was an excessive amount of filler for the price I paid for a large side.

Stopped in for dinner. Our meals were hot and fresh and very impressed with the quality of Panda items being served. My son who loves Panda said it was the best one he’s gone to.

We came for dinner and there was a long line of people waiting to order. Ledda was single-handedly preparing all the orders and did it with a cheerful attitude and smile and seemed like she cared for each customer despite the rush. As a business owner, I was very impressed with her skills and attitude and for that reason alone, I would highly recommend this location!

We went in to get lunch and it was empty so there should be no excuse that we got our order wrong we ordered a “bigger plate” that comes with 3 choices 1 order was shrimp and 2nd order was double orange chicken then we order one order spring roll two orders cream cheese won tons but she forgot the double chicken charged the second choice under “spring rolls in the bigger plate” and also made us pay for the spring rolls on the side so we got our order wrong and paid extra again it was just us in there so how did we get our order wrong not trynna be off topic here but she had a lot of makeup on if you took that much time caring and listening to costumers order it would be fine

Online order was great, printed labels on each container is one good idea. It was buddy but good was hot and fresh. With the first time using the app to order, there was a $10 discount making our meal less than $10 per person. The staff was working hard being busy, but someone was designated to fill online order so I didn’t wait long.

I came into the restaurant today with my 4 sons after their doctors appointment around 3:15pm and it wasn’t crowded or super busy. We ordered and sat down to eat. After we finished my youngest son who has ADHD accidentally knocked over his drink and it got all over the table and ground. We were trying to clean it up with napkins but they said they would do it. Two of the female workers were staring and looked annoyed that they had to clean it up. The only kind employee was a lady named Mandy, she came over with a mop and didn’t make us feel bad because obviously it was an accident. I apologized twice and the other workers didn’t say anything. Even my 5 year old son kept apologizing. They need to do better with customer service and compassion. Thank you MANDY for not making us feel terrible you’re an amazing employee and Panda Express is lucky to have you.
