The food here is always on point. The efficiency of this Panda is running very well, very clean, every time I’ve come here it has been. That’s exactly the same. I definitely recommend this one. Restrooms are clean, the places a long wait to get through, and the food is always fresh. I definitely plan on coming back again.

Just went through the drive through approximately about an hour. Ago got home was excited to have my Chinese food. When I only ordered Fried Rice for myself though and started eating it. And found out it was quite soggy. Sadly, disappointing, not the way I intend rice to have texture and taste my family ordered Orange Chicken. Which was sapar at best wasnt very fresh.So I hope in future orders that they can address the freshness and quality of the food here.Otherwise, when and probably stick to the panda on churn creek road.

Would have given it a 5 star review since I like the food here but idk what’s been happening lately here, it’s like they’re shorting the food. I remember going to panda and being full. Now when I order it’s like the employees get in trouble or something for putting the usual portion size. They skimp out on the food now and charge more for it. Crazy. I think we might need to do what happened to Chipotle to panda.

Eric, Mai, and John are all very polite and helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food was very good and flavorful and reasonably priced. The store was very clean. I have not been there for a few years and there is a new addition of locks on the bathroom doors so please ask one of the employees to let you in. This location has a drive-thru. There are no stairs but the front door does not have a push button for easy access for Wheelchairs and walkers.

It was disappointing dining here tonight. Right from the start it was bad. A good 5 people behind the counter were cooking and serving the drive thru window, one was out in the lobby trying to lock the door 30 minutes early. None of them greeted us and we waited a good 3-4 minutes before anyone said a thing. Once being served about half of the food was missing. Veggies were as dry as could be. We skipped those on our order of course. The girl helping us was short in stature and in service edict. We could see they we cleaning part of the lobby, had it blocked with chairs and everything. She made it a point to say dont go over there. When we asked for a few extra plates so we could share the bigger plate we got an eye roll and huff. Fortune cookies had to be asked for. My family loves panda express. I have even been recognized by staff working other locations in my home town. Typically panda express does a great job, this location is lacking in service and quality. Avoid this location if possible.
