Strangest thing ever. No salt on anything and when I asked for salt, they told me they only had soy sauce… Rice was undercooked, chow mein was dry and flavorless. Orange chicken just tastes like sugar and my 12 year old said it was spicy and had no flavor. I usually don’t eat at fast food restaurants, but I don’t remember them being this terrible. Won’t be going back.

We walked into Panda in Grass Valley around 5:30pm and I think they were short staffed…. the line to order was not moving. We left, and came back a week later. Much better service, and the bowl I ordered was good!

I always have bad experiences here. Today I was attempting to pick up DoorDash order here but instead of getting the delivery the employee walked away from me to do a different task. I unassigned the order and went on with other deliveries. I noticed several orders sitting there which leads one to believe they are not interested in servicing delivery orders. Good luck.

Ordered for a 7:30 pickup, watched half my $95 order set on counter for 15 minutes. At 7:48 I was told they were still waiting for the Angus Pepper Beef. I cancelled my order and left. I get my refund in 5-7 days. ☹️
