Stopped in for a couple of hot n ready pizzas for a family outing. This was by far our fastest little Ceasars trip since moving to Portland and we’ve probably visited 4 or 5 of them multiple times. There were no lines, one pizza was already ready and the second, he had already started. The wait was minimal, the service was friendly and the pizza was extra hot. We’ll probably drive the extra to come here again.

This happened awhile ago and I never forgot about the absolute kindness someone working here behind the counter showed my mother one night.
She is older, does DoorDash as her body allows. She has some medical issues and this is her only form of income… she came in to pick up someone’s order one night.
She was offered a small, little pizza (I think) and I could have cried when ahe got home to tell me about it later. That was the only thing she ate all night. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO SWEET TO HER. I truly hope this doesn’t get anyone in trouble, the world needs more kindness.

10/2/2024 Updated to reflect that the next day the owner did remake the doughy pizza after I brought it in to him. While waiting he did end up throwing in some extras as well. The redone pizza was made correctly, and cooked thoroughly.

I’m guessing they rushed through making it and rushed getting it here.
When I called about the order, a few minutes before closing they answered said “if there’s a problem with your order they can help you tomorrow morning” and hung up without me saying a word.
(update: i was told the staff would be spoken to by the owner)
The pizza was half uncooked – dough about 50%.
The other pizza that was $20 – the stuffed crust deep dish, was half the size as a regular deep dish, wrong toppings, crazy bread absolutely just a block of dough with some haphazard cuts, and the other that was at least breadstick shaped had nothing on it and was dry.

Absolutely the worst customer service from Kevin (the owner). Ordered a pizza and received it burnt and missing half the toppings. Also missing breadstick sauce. Called the store once I got home and was told “we don’t have a manager, call back another day”. The next day I called corporate and corporate tried to get ahold of Kevin for over a week. I was finally contacted by Kevin and send him photos. He said he would not refund me as I didn’t take a picture of entire pizza. Just one piece. He was very rude in his texts to me. He obviously doesn’t care about his customer base at all. It was $31 and he said he will not give me a refund but will make a new pizza (not risking spit in my food at this point).

Completely underbaked the whole bottom of the pizza. Practically raw. Waste of my time counting on them to make a decent pizza. Also, I wish they would salt just the crust with the pretzel salt not the whole pizza.

DO NOT GO HERE! THE PIZZA IS FAR FROM EDIBLE OR GOOD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD! They refuse to take accountability for anything wrong they do (including having paper?! on a pizza and burning the other one)

The other one was burned, and the boxes were filthy. The location is disgusting and it looks like a metro station with weird stains everywhere. The app said it was ready for pick up, and yet i had to wait 20 min anyways, with only 1 client there!
When i spoke to Kevin, supposedly the general manager, he was extremly rude and refused to do anything helpful. He said he will not refund and he wanted me to drive for him to replace those disgusting pizzas with other disgusting pizzas.
The service ruined my family dinner and his very rude attitude towards a customer who only wants their $20 back for PAPER AND BURNED PIZZA ruined another day. He said he’ll get me in contact with his superior, but of course that never happened. I tried to contact their customer support and they don’t answer here.
Moral of my story:

The workers were great! They were friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get the orders done quickly. I got the Artisan double pepperoni, and it was awesome! It was was like a combination of pizza and delicious bread sticks. It was only $7.99! I highly recommend the location and the Artisan pizza!!!

This Little Caesars Pizza provided a really nice experience. The store was pretty clean and had a kind and helpful staff. They’ve got a good variety of choices at decent prices. They also have a nice assortment of soft drink choices. We got a custom pizza and it took about 10 minutes. Best to just get the Hot and Ready Pizza.

Our local Little Caesars in the Tigard Towne Square is super-easy to see and super-convenient to get to.
Everyone is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient.
The pepperoni stuffed-crust pizza pizza is excellent with great flavor and plenty of toppings.
And garlic butter dipping sauce is great to dip for extra flavor!
