Yesterday i only had a small breakfast and no lunch but for dinner I went for a bigger plate here that had fried rice for the side then Beijing beef, orange chicken and sweet chicken I had a horrible vomiting session the morning after and felt horrible thanks for making me miss work when I REALLY Had to work you JACK (h)OFFS!!! Update (5-25-2024): Staff is lacking. Order Inaccuracy. I placed a takeout order through the app so everything was packaged in a plastic bag and secured with a ticket receipt, which seemed correct since it had my name and order on it. I later opened the bag to find out that I had received another customer’s order, which was packaged similar to mine. Photos attached. Very upsetting since I ordered takeout to bring as my lunch for work. I reached out to Customer Support through the website on 5/25/2024 (Request/Guest Care Ticket#2148849). Last update was on 5/28/2024: “We appreciate your patience while our team is looking into this and will follow up with you as soon as possible.” It’s been about a week and a half, with no follow up yet. The food is good but what’s the point if you don’t even receive the food items you ordered?
I like the food and service here. Definitely American Chinese, for sure. Good place to go if that’s what I’m craving. My favorites are the orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp, the right combination of soft and crispy. The staff is normally pretty good at attending orders, I’ve never had an issue here. You usually don’t have to wait long for the food when they run out of food in the front. Sometimes , there is a wait, but they get you through the line pretty quickly. I like this store.

Really nice people working and they were super busy. They were dealing with another rude customer, the manger on duty did a great job handling that. Thank you for the good food and customer service. The family meal is a great price BTW.

Ordered the Kung Pao chicken bowl with chow mein mixed with greens. What a pleasant surprise! The greens were crisp and fresh, offsetting the spicy chicken flavor. A generous sized lunch for the price.

I had the spicy orange chicken. Figured I’d try it because it sounded good. A few hours later I got sick. A couple days before, my coworker had the same thing at a different location and he got sick as well. I seriously suggest not having the spicy orange chicken!!!!!!

I never thought I would take the time to leave a review for a chain but this visit deserves a review. If I’m being honest I only came to panda because I ordered from another restaurant and my food was stolen after a dasher left it at the door for 7 minutes. I was craving Chinese and the restaurant was now closed.
We went to panda expecting a standard meal. I was so surprised with how good evening tasted. But to be honest I want to leave this review for the entire staff. Everything was hot, fresh, they were very friendly and the 2 chefs cooking in the back has a real positive energy and were at work , they were busy but flowing nicely. The date is 10/31 and the time is 9:13pm, give the staff a raise, they are great!!!! Especially the lady at the counter filling up the boxes!!!
