Phoned in order. Got an email saying it was ready. Went to get it and it wasn’t. Got the order home, instead of black pepper steak, we were given broccoli beef. It had 2 dime size pieces of beef. That is it. We wanted all chow mein no rice and got what was equal to 1/2 chow mean and 1/2 Styrofoam.

The wait today was extra ordinary long and they have advertisements for sizzling shrimp when they didn’t even have it available for customers? What’s the point of advertising it then? Noodles for chow mien were over cooked and they forgot my potstickers even though I ordered them with my order.

The worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. I have given them multiple chances and they just seem to get worse and worse. I put in a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 1:30 and I didn’t get it till 1:50 because their cooks wouldn’t make egg rolls. To make up for it, the cashier gave me a “second” drink? I left the cup because I have no idea what she was thinking. Of course they already made the rest of my order way ahead of time so it was cold. I don’t know who manages this one but get your employees in order.

you’ll seem to be getting leftovers even if the entree was recently refilled. I recommend workers being consistent with the portion amounts. It used to be a full plate but now a days, its half of what it was before. I find this issue very common with this particular place. It must be a coincidence for the amount of times this has happened. Why ration a customer’s plate even though at the end of the day, it all gets thrown out? On top of that, knowing someone has found a worm in their order here disgusts me and shows how unsanitary this place potentially is.

I always go to this Panda. I went Saturday night @ 5pm. Chow Mein and Sesame Honey Chicken. Something was definitely wrong with the Chow Mein. It tasted funny. The chicken was fine but the noodles were off putting. Don’t know if they forgot something when they made but Uggg, awful.

I came in 30 min before close and they were out of almost everything. I was told I can’t order anything but what was already made, but they were taking orders for fresh entrees for the people behind me in line. If you wanted crab Rangoon, you would receive 2 but pay for 3. Not the vibes.

Enjoy the food but many times they are out of food and you have to wait. Portions are smaller than they were before. I do recommend panda and will continue to go
