This time you guys really let me down. I was very hungry and so wasy partner. We ordered… Wait, wait, wait…. Set the scene first, ok: Sunday night 9pm an hour before closing 2 cars ahead, nobody behind me on the drive thru. Crew acting like they’re really busy. Ordered honey chicken and the honey shrimp with half chow main, half white rice. At the drive thru, right? The order came through the window and without even opening the bag I could smell a very heavy presence of onion. I started to say something to my partner but she said no, I’m hungry. She started in and soon found the reason for the smell. There were huge chunks of onion in everything!!! It was gross. She commenced extracting the onions out of the white rice, noodles, honey chicken and the shrimp. When she was done the onions alone filled the large section of the serving tray. Very little rice and it came from the bottom of the pot. Partially burned and the clumps were hard and tough to break apart. Very little actual noodles. Mostly onions in everything. The entrees were even worse. After removing huge chunks of uncooked onions from the honey sesame chicken there were 3 pieces, that’s it! And you pay $1.50 extra for this item. Shrimp count was 5 pieces and not cooked very well. It tasted bland and was very chewy. Almost like chewing a balloon. No honey that I could taste and I pay $1.50 extra for that! Overall, after expunging the onion smell from my car, the food was deplorable, tasteless, and all taste was the same. Really disappointed. Did not go back because it was too late and we got it in the drive thru. They always get you in the drive thru. Service was fair. Employees were semi attentive, but tired. If you asked me today if I would go back or recommend to a friend, I’d have to say, go somewhere else, cuz you guys really sucked on this day. I have one question,
What Happened?

Its a shame that the prices are pretty hefty, and on top of that you get skimped on the protein of the meal
5 shrimps for a pricier choice … thats nowhere near fair. Truly dissatisfied.

I like Panda Express and find its a usually good food at a cheap price. Lately some of the Pandas I’ve eaten at were out of the entrées I wanted. This Panda had every entrée full of fresh food. The girl behind the counter was extremely friendly and fast. The restaurant was also very clean.

Sadly, I have to give you one star. This time, you disappointed me so much. I can’t believe you even dare to sell burnt food. What I paid for is trash. You should be ashamed of your work ethics and your food as well. Have some dignity in what you offer to us.

Consistent and fresh. I know it’s fast food but it feels much more house made. The thin chow mein noodles are a selling point. We love the veggie side option – again crunchy and fresh!

This can’t be $6 worth of shrimp. That Jaime guys needs to be retrained. I feel like Panda just robbed me for $6. But it’s cool; never again. Things just aren’t the same anymore. Now that I think about thank you Jaime L; this will be my last dollar I spend at Panda. People work hard for their money. With this service; panda is not worth it.
