We got the five person family meal and it was fantastic. It came with a beautiful box. Not all Panda Express has tasty food, but this one does. The food was delicious. And it was enough for five people.

Although the food arrived hot and looked okay. Looks are deceiving as it was not all fresh. The chow mein had a strange taste so I did not continue to eat it. I couldn’t get through most of the food. It went down the drain. The fortune cookie was the only thing worth eating.

Have been coming to this panda for a good while now and have always been exceptionably happy their serving sizes, however today me and my family after a long day of working decided to once again come to our favorite place for dinner. We were shocked to find that there was barely much of anything and the serving size was definitely not worth the amount charged or paid for it. Very disappointing. We love coming here but if this is the small quantity we will be receiving for the amount we pay, definitely won’t be coming back.

I took my kids here today for dinner as a treat since they love Chinese food and while Panda Express usually has good food, the chow mein had SO MUCH cabbage in it that my kids wouldn’t eat it. I looked at it and thought, “It sure does.” I started trying to separate it out and was shocked that about about 1/2 of the portion was small shredded cabbage AND there was a huge end piece too. I am hoping we just got a bad batch but the kids were so put off, they ended up just eating the entrees.

This is by far the nicest Panda Express in the greater Sacramento area! The stuff are super friendly the location is extremely clean and well kept, and the food is always fresh and tastes great!

Went in today at 1pm and ordered a family meal. Was told it would be a 5 or 10 minute wait. After waiting 10 minutes and watching other customers served/checking out, I went to the counter to ask about my family meal. The cashier replied, “what family meal?” I looked at the clerk who took my order and she didn’t know where my order was either. They basically forgot me. Really awful customer service. I left and will never return.
